Can’t recommend Luxus Digital Singapore more highly! My warranty for old digital door lock was over but I was only charged $90 for replacement to a brand new newer model. Rahman was also most punctual and helpful with the installation and explanation of the new device. There is also a new app which is much better than the old app by far. Can tell that the company takes pride in constant improvement and takes great care of its customers.

He was thorough in his explanations and patient in guiding me through setting up the passwords and facial recognitions. He even helped to fix a magnet onto our door frame to help with the alignment - really appreciate his proactiveness. Great work 👍🏼

I've been looking for a product like this for quite awhile, having previously used those stick on door seals that keep sweeping across your floor leaving scratches. This auto drop down type looks great and does the job of completely sealing off the door gap. Installer was professional and completed the install of 4 pieces in under an hour.

The previous installer did not perform the lock installation properly and Rahman was assigned to fix it. Rahman’s workmanship was good and he used wood putty to fill up the gaps of the door ledge (as this was not done by the previous installer). Further, Rahman is someone who is self-motivated and takes pride in his work. Thank you!

Installer Rahman was very professional and helpful. My initial alignment of the gate lock is off and the doorbell sticker is not holding the doorbell well, Rahman came and solved all the issues. He even went down again to the car to bring the drill to install the doorbell the right way so that it’ll hold better. He was very friendly and helpful!
