I visited the Sony store on the 9th of September 2023 , looking for a HI RES portable music player. I was assisted by John, the manager of the store who is very friendly, who then directed me to NG XIAO SI. I’m very pleased with the service provided by the staff especially to Xiao Si, who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the product that I was looking for. Sales staff like them are extremely helpful and make the buying experience very pleasant, allowing the buyer to buy with confidence. I do hope Sony recognises the effort put in by these 2 staff so that they can continue providing such excellent service to everyone who visits the store.

The Wisma Atria store assistants are very friendly and non-pushy, purchase experience was overall very pleasant. Online order process was also quick and efficient, and I was very pleased with the surprise free gift that came with my order (that was not even an official gift), which is very useful indeed. However, you really need to improve your Sony Store Singapore Whatsapp channel's (6341 9945) service. I messaged the channel asking for the status of my order, got an automated reply asking for my permission to be sent message replies which I granted, then after that I received zero responses even after 1 or 2 reminder messages. Whoever is manning that channel needs a wake-up call maybe?

My compliments to Mr Ryzzal Ali at sony store at Wisma Atria. He is truly a gem to Sony. I went there after a very bad experience at the xperia service centre at 313 somerset where the customer service rep i encounterred tried to brush aside my issue when my newly bought xperia 1 ii experienced issues less than one week of purchase. Was disappointed with the bad service at somerset because of that one staff who ignored me. That staff gave me so ambiguous replies when i pointed out that the camera produced much worse images compared to my sony phone i bought more than three years ago and he can insist that its not necessary that my new phone must have better images compared to another phone. I bought Sony Xperia 1 ii and one of its main selling points was its camera..and i have shown him how blurry the images are and yet he can tell me that it is not necessarily that the phone i got was faulty. Thank goodness Mr Ryzzal Ali helped to rectify my issue and i was impressed with how dedicated he was in his job, Mr Ryzzal Ali was very kind and helpful and helped to do a product exchange for me and also he helped me to transfer my SIM card over and also assisted with the data transfer to my replacement phone. I liked how he will provide options and ask customers which option they prefer. very customer oriented attitude! He did such an excellent job at service recovery! He was also very patient and listened to my grievances about the bad customer experience i got from that staff at somerset. My thanks to Miss Joey too for helping to retrieve the invoice and assisting with the paperwork to facilitate the product exchange. Will definitely recommend Sony Store at Wisma Atria to my friends!
