Whatsapped Sany and managed to secure promotion price by booking in advance during promotion period. Their contractors were on time and very friendly. Picture is how a cleaned roller should look like. IYKYK. After close to 7 years with U Sin, I am compelled to share my positively uneventful experience with them. i got U Sin to install new Daikin Smile Series AC for my new BTO back then, and they are still working well till today. Will not go into details on the piping and insulation used back then but they did use the highest quality materials available when comparing quotes. But their involvement did not stop right after the first sale. Friendly regular follow up on servicing reminders and professional work has greatly contributed to the longevity of my AC. On the surface, their servicing rates are only very slightly higher than others but take note, they take out the rollers ( this depends on the model, do enquire) and clean them to ensure maximum air flow after every service. This is actually very important where many other providers may not include in typical service. With U Sin I don't really need to take note of my AC because they care about it more than i do. Even if i move house i will continue using U Sin thats for sure!

I availed of chemical cleaning (~$138.++) as the aircon in my room is no longer blowing cold air. Technician also checked the condenser. He advised to have the filters cleaned as it will affect the efficiency, i did not opt-in. He checked the air pressure and showed me idle and running state. As there is no issue with pressure, no topup required. Value for money as most of the competitors are charging $150++ for same chemical service.

My aircon broke down recently, my usual aircon guy said it was a cable fault and I had to call the electrician. When the electrician came, he said the cabling between the compressor and fan coil is not his responsibility. Then my reno contractor referred me to U Sin. The very next day, their guys came and quickly did some isolation tests and said it was the compressor pcb faulty, not the cable faulty. As my aircon was about 10 years old, I decided the change the whole set (Single split). U Sin replaced them on the next day. Thoroughly impressed by their professionalism. Will use them again and recommend to others.

I would really highly recommend this company for aircon installation. From planning stage of how trunking are to be installed, to position of the aircon unit, everything is nicely done. Might not be the cheapest in the market because good things don’t come cheap, but the service rendered will satisfy you. After sales service is also top notch but do give them a reasonable amount of time to get back and they will surely get back to you. Even my ID is impress with the installation as its fast and neat. Really good job well done to the team!

Had been engaged them quite some time. Got their number from my neighbor but seems like they stopped engaging them. This is not the point though, the service acceptable everytime after service, don`t feel my aircon in my room is cold. Not sure if it is the way or what. Customer service is good and very friendly. Price wise I m not very sure, never compare.

I have my air con system 3 installed by U sin A/C Pte Ltd almost 5 years ago but I have never service the Daikin system once. I thought it is about time to to a servicing. Yesterday, the team of two arrived according to scheduled time- Lee and Jaffey. I had never met them before and the guys who installed my system 3 are different crew. These two men went straight to work - remove the Fan coil units are removed and washed, after washing was done, assembled back, turned on and run the cooling air for testing. The extra mile. My compressor outside on the ledge has copper pipes connection but the white foam insulation has degraded and exposed the copper pipes. Lee went out to the ledge and removed all the existing white foam insulation and replaced with a better protection insulation. However, he went to wrap black duct tape to all replaced insulation to better protect them against weather wear and tear. WOW, that is something I want to praise him. So instead of praising him directly, I decided to write this google review. There are many A/C installation company in Singapore, but this U Sin A/C is my recommended company to go to when you need to install and service your residential A/C units. How I know U Sin? I was recommended to them by my friend who engaged their service for his BTO unit.
