Compact n space saving machine for a small house. The warranty registration was a little hassle due to postal code for Tengah estate was not recognised.

Technician Mr Tang arrived at about 7.15pm - 7.30pm. He replaced the PCB board and the water valve. Yay, Yay....👏🎉🎊🥰. Washer is functioning okay. He told me any problems to call Whirlpool. Thank you WHIRLPOOL especially Mr Low for his immediate actions after I met him to complain about my washer problems. Ms Ellen for updating me when shipment will arrive. Technician Mr Tang for fixing and rectifying my washer. HOPEFULLY I do not need to call Whirlpool after this incident. Fingers crossed 🤞 Once again A BIG THANK YOU ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Received call from Whirlpool staff 16.52pm. She said spare parts have arrived if I don't mind the technician coming to my house this evening between 7pm to 10pm to fix my washer. I said yes. Received call from Whirlpool staff Mr Low a few minutes ago. He will notify once the motherboard/spare parts shipment arrived in Spore. Which will be a few weeks from today...😔sigh. Water bill increase, electric bill increase, detergent $$ increase. If I go to laundrette then more $$$$ come out for laundrette. This is not saving but wasting😔. Hopefully shipment received early in Singapore. BE POSITIVE 🙏👍 Visited Whirlpool Office in Tampines yesterday 19 Jan 2024. Mr Low attended to my complaint and grievance with my Whirlpool washing machine problem. He gave me assurance that he will call me today Tuesday 20 Jan 2024. I'm looking forward to receiving his call today. I hope he doesn't stood me up like the other technician did. He came by my home Thursday 25 Jan 2024. He informed me he needs to get back to the office to check if there is PCB available and when it can be delivered to Singapore. Unfortunately to-date he didn't call or pay me a visit about the progress of the mother board or solution to my washer problem. I thought maybe it's Chinese New Year so maybe ALL Whirlpool staff are busy but CNY is over and almost every one is back in the office. Still he didn't call me. So I really hope Mr Low will not disappoint me. Washer problem - Cycle ended but water valve didn't close causing tap water to be on after cycle ends and. Even after cycle ends clothes were not clean bcos water and soap went down the drain outlet. I have chalked a high water bill, electrical bill and detergent. Ever since 19 January 2024.

Technician Jimmy Hui attended issue of the Whirlpool Dryer. He was prompt in confirming the appointment and assessing the problem, including informing us of the cost involved. The Dryer was sent back to the workshop, fixed and delivered back to the house over the weekend. He even followed up to ensure the Dryer was working after the delivery. Excellent service!

Arrange for an appointment to repair my faulty washing machine. There is no wait time to get connected to a customer service officer, no AI voice - how awesome! Greeted by a very friendly Iady who took down all the necessary details. I received a call back from the appointed contractor within 30 min and an appointment was confirmed for the following day. Techinician came within the scheduled time frame, was able to identify the issue and change the faulty lock mechanism within 10 min. Superb technical support, no downtime at all!

Whirlpool after sales service was great, reporting some issue with my washing machine via email on Sunday, the sales team get in-touch with me the next day and technician, Jimmy Hui, was sent down the next day. Jimmy debugged the machine and explained the issue to me. Thank you for the great after sales support.

Was very frustrated initially, when CityGas claimed there was a fault with the new Ariston gas hob during the initial gas turn-on. And the Ariston / Whirlpool technician who came separately on another day, but left citing CityGas has disconnected the gas line, and he was unable to troubleshoot without gas supply. Finally managed to request for a joint inspection on 24 Feb. CityGas personnel managed to locate the leak came from the damaged rubber hose, and promptly replaced it. Special mention to Whirlpool engineer, Mr Goh CL, who arrived earlier despite his off-day, to troubleshoot. He exceeded my expectation, by offering his advice on the maintenance / normal use of the gas hob, and combing through the rest of the Ariston appliances on the installation mistakes and maintenance. (Steam Oven & chimney hood) Well done in upkeeping the customer service!

The scheduling of appointment was seamless. However, no one showed up for the first appointment. After numerous calls, I found out no one was coming. Second appointment, service man came on time, was very respectful and fixed my oven very quickly. Would have been better if the call centre had asked my preferred language as the service man could only speak Mandarin.

Have tested this Whirlpool 8 Kg Front load Washing macxhine for a week now. Clothings mixed & Bedding sets washed with no issue & more quiter & stable compared to all my previous washing machines. Expect it to perform & last longer, good choice.

Had an issue with my Whirlpool Heatpump Dryer. Called up customer service and was attended to professionally and patiently. Subsequent experience with appointment scheduling was also hassle free and appointment date was reasonably fast. Issue was diagnosed and fixed very promptly on appointment day. Great support and recovery despite the unfortunate failure of the water pump. Two thumbs up for Whirlpool support.

I needed my Ariston oven serviced as it kept tripping my home power when we switch it on. The customer service was very responsive and told me their technician would call me within a day to fix an appointment. This was done and my oven was repaired the next day. I appreciated being told what the problem was - it wasn't the oven itself but the wiring. I would recommend buying any appliance if it is serviced by Whirlpool! Well done!

Although our fridge was working fine and its warranty had expired, Whirlpool took the initiative to reach out to me and replaced the capacitor for safety precautions, not just once but twice - first to one with a higher rating and then to another one with an improved enclosure. Whirlpool did not impose any fee for the replacements and appointments were swiftly made. In both instances, the same technician arrived punctually and was professional in the job. After the work was completed, he checked with me to ensure that the fridge was shifted back properly. Kudos to Whirlpool Singapore office!

The machine is quiet. Easy to use. However 1st time use, I have placed too much detergent. Other than that, delivery is fast, worked very much. Price is great for this front load washing machine. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

My Ariston oven required repair and Customer Service at Whirlpool promptly sent a technician over to my place. Although he was not able to rectify the problem on the spot because a new part was required, the technician notified Customer Service which then followed-up with me thereafter. My oven was eventually repaired - within a short time from the first technician's visit. I appreciate that I did not need to monitor the follow-up and the technicians who attended to my oven were very knowledgeable and professional.

I just experienced an explosion (flash fire) from a built-in cabinet three burner stove when one of the stove is switch on, a minute later, there is a flash flame that popped the cabinet door wide open. This is really a dangerous incident and previously, another stove also had the same problem, though it was designed differently, and had caused my helper to suffer 30% burnt and had to be hospitalised. This incident was reported immediately but the customer service officer seems to be not serious about it and gave me an appointment a week later. Subsequently, it was arranged three days later with some help from another party. However, the service technician did not turn up within the time slot of fours hours and yet, no communications at all. The customer service officer was informed and thew only thing she said was that the technician will be coming. When she does not know. I am not sure everyone understand the gravity of the situation and also treat customer service seriously. I was told that perhaps I should video the incident to show the dangers but seriously, I am not about to video this explosion with the risk of causing a home fire and hurting anyone nearby. It is about time that senior management gets to know such happenings on the ground to protect the brand name of WHIRLPOOL, I hope.

Washing machine had an issue on Sunday, so I emailed them (as the cust servc hotline is closed on Sunday). They returned my call promptly the following day (Monday) at 9am. Arranged for an appt with the technician (between 12-2, he arrived at 12.30) and everything was fixed by 1pm. No issues with their customer service at all.
