Today, I visited the Mi Store to replace my vacuum cleaner, which had stopped working. I was assisted by Joe, who left a positive impression with his friendly and patient demeanor. Joe took the time to explain the specifications of the vacuum cleaner I was interested in and highlighted the distinctions between the model I selected and others available in the store. Impressed by his knowledge and customer service, I ended up purchasing a wireless keyboard that came with a mouse as well. After completing my purchases, I stepped out for lunch and informed Joe that I would collect my items later. When I returned to retrieve my vacuum cleaner, Joe went above and beyond by testing the device to ensure it was functioning properly. Fortunately, his thorough check revealed a defective battery in the vacuum, prompting him to replace it with a new one promptly. I am delighted with both my purchases and the exceptional service provided by Joe. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction truly made my experience a positive one.

A few days ago, I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner(Viomi) from the Xiaomi store located at Waterway Point. However, I encountered a technical issue where water was not being discharged during the mopping function. Consequently, I had to return the product in exchange for a replacement. Maggie and Joe were very patient in handling my issue. They exhibited exceptional politeness, composure, and professionalism. Their service was both impressive and efficient.

My wife and l are senior who is less "digital savvy" than the younger generation.When shopping for today's smart devices ( e.g. mobile phone )it is especially important for us to have good shop assistance to guide and explain us the proper use of what we buy.
