Super satisfied with the outcomes. I had Paul and Sarah working on my apartment. Despite the delay in TOP, they were understanding and patient with the process. They took the time to understand my lifestyle and habits and designed around them. It wasn’t a cookie cutter Pinterest approach that we took and I like how each decision made was intentional and had clear rationale behind it. During the search for reno contractors, it was an open process where I really appreciated the inputs from the Pi team. The outcomes are stunning and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to renovate their homes!

This is our second project with PI. PI renovated our bare office and transformed it into a practical and cozy space for our team. Paul and Sheila worked on our project and were very responsive and forthcoming with updates on the progress of work. We had a very tight budget and many limitations but the team at PI made sure they made the best out of the brief. I would highly recommend their services.

Had the pleasure of working with Ivan and his team at Pi Architects for the renovation of our new home. They were so amiable and approachable and took our concerns and ideas seriously. Though the renovation process was filled with issues due to the unprofessionalism of the contractor (not affiliated or due to Pi architects), we were glad we had hired Pi as they handled the contractor well and did things in our best interest as their clients. We had a great experience with Paul and Ivan when we renovated our home. They made the process smooth and stress-free. Apart from their professionalism and giving us good design, material and construction advice, the thing that stood out most was their patience and understanding when we had to postpone the project due to a health emergency. Another thing that we appreciated was the separation of design fees from construction cost . That keeps overall cost clear with less conflicts of interest. During the renovation process, a clear and realistic framework of what to expect was given. As a result, things moved along expeditiously. The contractor, Derrick, that we chose together with Paul was also responsive, responsible, time-conscious and easy to work with. Overall, we are very happy with the results and am enjoying our ‘new’ home.

Alas, someone who listens …. the legend is real. We had a great time working with PI Architects. Paul always makes time even for our nit-picking on aspects of the design. Very patient and flexible in accommodating to changes on designs. Listens and chimes in on offering fixtures in order to realize the vision. Last but no lest, a thorough follow through. The home makers choice - you won’t go wrong. We will be seeking his assistance for our next homes.
