I enjoyed working with the team from Trace whom were able to handle the entire process with me professionally. We initially sought their advice regarding a reconstruction for our inter-terrace from 2 storeys to 3.5 storeys. The team managed to propose a reasonable rebuild given our constraints and the requirements of my family. Across the process, the team was responsive and incorporated design feedback from my family. We were very satisfied with the final build quality and our continued relationship with Trace

We engaged Edmund and team to do a rebuild of our home. It was a pleasure working with Trace. The team worked well and we fortunately did not experience any delays. During and after construction, the team was always responsive to queries, and fixed whatever issues cropped up in good time. Hence everything went smoothly.
