I have only had horrible experiences here, until today’s visit!☺️ For the first time I had a very smooth transaction with regards to my OCI. Special credits to Karthik, Madhavi, the gentleman that processed my biometrics! They were all patient and explained things out to me in a very clear manner. My previous trip here in June 2024, had demotivated me so much that I had to take a break of 6 months to come back and try the same application attempt again. However, this trip makes me feel more hopeful about future trips to this office. Thank you for the support and effort. 🙏🏼

I must appreciate the professionalism and empathy shown by mdm Rajani at counter 5 during OCI application submission. She was very patient in explaining the process. Folks at registration counter were also very cooperative for printing service. The worst part is the courier service charges. For domestic courier service within Singapore , BLS is charging $15 per application irrespective of people applying from the same family. For family of 4 it amounts to $60 for which one can send bucket load of items to India. BLS, pls look into it. This is always a concern for services like passport renewal, citizenship surrender, etc. the amount charged for local courier service is way too much.
