With locations all over Singapore, appartements and services are great. I rented a master bedroom for nearly 2 years in Geylang (2021-2022), always very convenient. Contract can include internet broadband utilities and house keeping. They give you one invoice per month with utilities and the rent, so a lot is sorted out for you. Plus the staff is friendly and helpful. Even 2 years after, they were ready to write me a landlord referral letter.

So easy to check in and out without personal staff on the front desk, it was a self check-in and out and hassle free. Excellent and great for easy access on mrt shopping centers and resto.

I stayed 6 months in a condo managed by Dash Living. I was fortunate to deal with Ida. Her involvement and her kindness allowed me to have a very good stay. She is a great person who is honest and always there to help you as quickly as she can. And as a bonus...with always a very beautiful smile!!! I recommend!! 🤗🤗

I have rented a room for 4 months with Dash Living in Singapore. I am an exchange student at NUS and this community really helped me find the best fit for me. All the people I talked with via WhatsApp were super helpful and kind, most important available almost at all times. Amazing co-living company! I would definitely recommend staying with Dash Living. They are very attentive and really care about their tenants. I stayed in a common room and did not have any storage space and so they allowed me to keep some of my things in a storage space in the same building - whenever I needed the items they were able to provide them timely. They also were quick to fix any issues encountered (e.g. my lightbulb blowing, putting blinds in an opening, etc.), which made the experience very pleasant. I had an amazing experience living in their condo and only moved out because I no longer wanted to share my living space and moved to a 1 bedroom condo. Highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience living in EasyCity’s co-living apartments. May, the relationship manager was always ready to assist whenever there were things that needed to be fixed in the apartment. She goes above and beyond her call of duty to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Wendy, the housekeeper was also great in keeping our apartment in tip top conditions. I would definitely recommend EasyCity for anyone looking for a co-living space.

I've lived with dash living for almost 2 years now and I've had a wonderful experience. The staff are super friendly and hospitable while being utterly professional. They deliver the absolute best when it comes to your comfort and make sure you are the most comfortable.

I stayed in the condo Parc Riviera between Jurong East and Clementi from early 2020 to early 2021. It was a new apartment and I was the first person moving in. Furnishing was completely new and in excellent condition. The flat comprises of four bedrooms on the 12th floor and with a view towards the pool. For any digital nomads, freelancers & work-from-home folks: there is decent internet speed. It comes with a big balcony :) Far more important: Dash Living's support and services were impeccable with a personal touch, thanks to Ida. The moving in went was very smooth and I received a warm welcome through her. During my stay people were moving in an out but Ida kept me always in the loop what was going on. Very professional, and Ida was always reachable, very helpful and she had a super-quick response time or showed up in the apartment, if needed. Call yourself lucky if your apartment is managed by her - by far the kindest soul I have met here and always up for a laugh! The rest of the Dash's team I have never met in person but the email support was excellent and things got sorted out with no problems in a short period of time. There is some construction on-going in the neighbourhood (Jan 2020) but it should be completed soon. That said, from Monday to Saturday there is a bit of construction noise on-going, but the windows are well isolated to keep the noise outside (if closed)! Thanks a million & Glückauf!

The experience is very very pleasant. From the time you make a booking to the check in. I particularly want to mention Art (Property Manager) for being so helpful and empathic. She is truly a gem to any organisation. Kudos. I will also want to comend Sittie for making the booking experience very pleasant.

Response is good. Especially when tenants feedback on defective items, the Dash team, in particular Fiqqa would do her best to accommodate replacement or repairs with no questions asked. Will definitely recommend my clients to them. Thank you.
