The building is as it's name ! I give it 3 stars as I went there to submit my smoking fine appeal as environment so called officers disguised as normal folks stood 100 meters away from me at newton circus food court & watched me smoke but never bothered for courtesy to approach me - warn me for not smoking there, but instead they waited & as soon as I threw my cig butt they charged towards me & fined me $300. So creepy were their actions & unhuman attitude. Trust me so unprofessional act. Hence 3 stars for the building 🏫
