Popped in at 1pm on a weekday to sign some documents. Pretty much empty. Receptionist was very efficient and kindly helped us with the queue ticketing system. Props to Mr Teng who handled our case. He was a patient and consummate professional and even entertained us when we made a mistake and had to reprint a while batch of documents to sign again. Just a great person all around. Branch is also close to an ice cream uncle and a great caipng shop. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I recently moved into the area (Kelantan Road) and had the opportunity to work with Mr Samsul Kamal Bin Said (Senior Estate Executive) from the Sims Drive Branch, for the necessary approvals regarding the renovation works we were carrying out. The experience was great, he was always very communicative and open on the status of our project, we cannot thank him enough for his professionalism.
