Dear Human Hearts, I was one of the speakers for last Sunday's event at Human Hearts. "1.35 Focused Gradual Relaxation by Norman Hassan 2.00 Firewall Technique by Norman Hassan" It was a memorable experience as the participants were extremely 'participative' during my 'interactive' activities. It assisted with making the 'scientific self-hypnosis' worked effectively. At the same time, the Human Hearts members, were very friendly and hospitable, making me really feel at home.
