Well kept and well managed premises, feels more like an education institution rather than a cultural centre. Limited carpark lots within the premises for public but should be ok during off-peak hours. The signages for the respective offices are not that visible, you would have to cut through the canteen and approach on your left.

Well my two little darlings were busy playing, learning, day in and out. They are very well motivated here and Mandarin is super good, teachers are very amiable, recommended from nursery to kindergarten then school after school.
