Excellent service! Efficient and so Singaporean to the core as they moved fast on my application, opened on time and cleared the long line outside super fast. Unlike Malaysia, they didn't even need you to store your phone and briefcase outside. The staff were polite and helpful - even their security was very well trained and a single person managed the crowd super well.

The website is horrible - lots of issues getting on it to book an appointment because the server was always down and lagging. However, the experience at the visa center was largely positive. Staff are nice and helpful and the wait time is not too long. Passport collection took 10 minutes, and if you have a query about your visa you only have to wait between 5-15 minutes to get it answered. Submitting biometric information took about 40 minutes though. I was on the priority visa and got it back within the 5 working days as promised.

Appointment time you selected on the website is ignored, you will need to queue again inside the office. So you can take your time. For me is just collecting biometric, within one hour completed the whole process. 1. (Booking time is 11am) Arrived at 10am Wednesday, there is no queue outside. Wait for the security guard to entertain you. They will check your name on their list and use a metal detector to scan around you before letting you in. Get the queue number from them. 2. Wait for your number to be called at the counters. Submit document with passport, payment in cash. Wait for your queue again to be called inside biometric room. 3. Meanwhile the number infront of me keep being called but not me. Just be patient and wait for it. 4. Finally it's my turn after 50 minutes of waiting. Bio room is just around, just observe where do people go before you. Simple question being asked to verify you are authentic person as with your submitted passport. Looked at the cctv camera on top for a while. Both left and right 4 fingerprint and then both thumbs on the machine. Remove your glasses if you are wearing one, smile, photo taken. That's it, you are good to go. Smooth process overall, satisfied with the service.

Located on 8th floor of MYP building, might be hard to locate if you don't know the exact address as there are no easy to find signages. Very organized and structured visa application service. There are long waiting times sometimes depending on the country you are applying for. No cameras allowed inside.

Located on 8th floor of 135 myp plaza cecil street. It processes visas for 5 countries at one floor.. UK, Canada, Aus, NZ and Russia. Well co-ordinated and has has decent seating arrangement. Sometimes the queue outside is a bit too long.. waiting time can go up to 45 mins.. but inside its well managed.. instructions are available at their site too..

Getting the Australian visa was a Breeze. Staff was Organised and polite. The only hassle I had was that the visa fees were required to be paid in cash and I spent some time walking the vicinity before reaching the mrt where I found a DBS atm.

Only applications to Australia, Canada, etc (see photo of countries someone posted) are done here. Do not come here for visa for India as they do not process it here.
