The front desk in charge was kind and patient, however the information provided over the call was not accurate. I went for name affidavit, before which I called them if I need to produce all original documents for verification (as I missed to bring one original document). Over the call, I was advised that I MUST provide all the originals ,and hence I went all the way home to pick the missing document. I clearly specified that I needed notary certificate only. On arrival to the firm, verification of originals was not done since its only notary certificate and not attestation. Then why was I given wrong advise over the call and why did i have to travel for an hour? When I checked with the officer if she is going to verify, she straight away said "If anything written is wrong, then it's your responsibility" - and was LEAST interested to listen to the background story. Atleast she mentioned this 3 to 4 times despite me trying to clarify the reason for my query. I am not a lawyer to know everything, thats why I approached their firm for help. A little of patience could have been appreciated. The three star is for the fact that I was able to collect the document on the same day (though I had a challenge here also) Note: I signed in jurong branch and i collected the notary certificate from city hall branch - this is if collection is supposed to be on same day. This was also not mentioned to me over the call, even though I said i needed it urgently. However, since it's my urgent requirement, I just decided to go.

It is the only law firm that I know that remains open on Saturday and the service hours during week days extend till 7pm for notary public service.This brings convenience to workers like me who cannot meet the prevalent opening and closing hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm of most law firms. Kudos to Margaret and her professional and friendly team in meeting my legal needs.
