Big thanks to Mr Matthew Chiong for the swift and smooth conveyancing process. I’ve engaged Matthew Chiong Partners for the S&P of my homes (with recommendation from my realtor) and everything was done seamlessly without any dreaded hiccups. Overall experience has been 👍🏻. The administrative staff Regina & Christina have been friendly and pleasant. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for conveyancing services. Their office has a rather nice view of the marina bay and shenton way skyline.

Keeping talents are always difficult in boutique law firms. Matthiew Chiong Partnership (MCP) has shone in this aspect by employing Mr Shane Lee as their conveyancing manager. As my conveyance manager and POC for the M condo which TOP last month, I was impressed by his quick response, smart followup and professionalism in general when it comes to client care and customer experience. I enjoyed Shane Lee’s logical and methodical approach in dealing with the obstacles that come my way from the TOP notice period to the eventual key collection appointment. Have appointed MCP as my conveyancing lawyer 4 years ago. Over the last 2 weeks prior to the TOP of my property, email questions to them was promptly answered. When i finally got wind about the TOP of my development on a Friday afternoon , i had expected them to inform me officially on the following Wed as Mon and Tues are holidays. But on Sat night , i actually received a formal notice from them. In addition , they actually went the extra mile to get my loan disbursement to be brought forward when i make a request for it.
