S. G. T.Over the years, this place has been changing, improving and recently renewed. However, waiting is the only constant. Whether you arrive at appointment time, or collecting your vehicle there will always be a wait. Well, maybe that's why the design of the lounge is very cozy and lots of place for you to do your own thing.

K. L.Comfortable, airport lounge vibe, free coffee and some pastry available, staff was friendly. But they do charge what typical official service centres do.
J. C. (.Collect my car at Audi. Really nice and modern looking interior design they have. Nice comfortable chairs and sofas to rest, with pleasant atmosphere. They aren't known as Premium Automobiles for nothing.
M.I haven't been here for a few years and they still treat me with respect when I return. This place has been remodeled into a five-stars hotel ambience. I'm happy to meet my senior service advisor Mr Lim for a quick catch up and test drive. He's highly regarded for his experience and professionalism.
T. K.Generally good and attentive service. Nice and open layout with lots of space. Coffee and snacks are a bonus.
Needs to have some sort of ticket system for when customers arrive early in the morning just before opening hours so that the correct person in the queue will be served first.
J. T.Reception is great, service advisor is awesome, hospitality is amazing. One catch though, book your appointments early. They’re hard to catch.

U. S.Fairly decent; don’t expect much from dealers especially in SG.
Problems take awhile to be resolved, but so far they do get resolved.
Appointment bookings are fairly average; slots are usually available within the week if you’re free.
Not every Service Agent is of an equal standard. My guy (Mr Eric Lim) has so far been good and is a hard worker within the limits of what he can do with the dealership.
Results may vary.
D.Recently brought my A3 in for some issues with the gearbox and reverse camera. Was served by Mr Chan who provided excellent service. He provides timely updates on the car and comprehensive explanation for my enquires. Keep up the good work!
