Went over for wheel alignment, balancing and rotation. Excellent service job and quick too - in and out within an hour (with appointment, of course). Met up with owner, Stanley, who is passionate about cars and what goes under the hood. He and his mechanic team would analyze the cars that come in and review if the repair is necessary so that no additional charges are incurred. All upfront; all transparent. Would recommend!

Boss and workers are very professional in advising what are the parts that needs to change. Servicing was fast. Friendly, inexpensive.

Visited Braveries for a great deal of work on my X1. I must say that I like their service, work ethics and professionalism. The car was there for 3 days and I was constantly updated on the progress. Great job guys.

I’m impressed! 3 things why I am impressed by this workshop: (1) Skills - The mechanics are experienced in all continental cars. (2) Hi-tech - Their tools and equipment are rarely seen/used in workshops in Singapore. They have the state-of-the-art alignment machine, Hawkeye! (3) Integrity - I thought my car has some issues but the chief mechanic, Shawn spent some good time and did a thorough check on my car. He found no issue and advised me to monitor my car. I’m pleasantly surprised as there was zero charges for his effort and time!

This morning couldnt start my car and realise that my Car battery died.. Stanley arrange for his Worker Ah Lai to come straight down to my area and settled it smoothly!! Solid service & fast respond from Him & Ah Lai! I will always go back to the workshop to service my Veh =)

My baby absolutely died on me when i was ferrying mom to the hairdresser. Luckily Pitstop located me within 30min (to woodlands) & came prepared with battery model for my car. Would have given a perfect score except he forgot to register the replacement battery with baby’s parents (BMW drivers beware) & the dash board kept flashing all sorts of weird distress messages. A quick drive to Pitstop’s HQ in Sin Ming & Shawn resolved issue quickly.
