The boss (Ah Keong) is super humble and friendly. Workshop is always busy with vehicles in and out. Lady boss is also very friendly and dedicated to get spare parts and repairs done ASAP. Turnover is very fast with dedicated mechanics under the care of the boss. Went to repair timing chain cover, shaft seal, exp. plug, intake pipe and fan motor regulator. No hard pushing only the needed items are advised to change. "Not critical, can come back another time" says the boss. The boss personally ensures the car is ready for by double checking with his mechanic before customer collects. 2 units of his shop is always occupied. Will keep coming back if any issue arise. Quality service with a smile.

I brought my car to Fix Auto due to some squeaky sound when my car goes through a hump and also when my car starts to move. They were able to identify the cause quickly and attributed it to the faulty lower arm control which also resulted in uneven wear to my front tyres. Long story short, my car was fixed within a day by a highly professional and dedicated team along with changing of all related gaskets and seals which caused oil leakage and servicing as well. The mechanic attending to my case took effort to explain the reason for each repair which is appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant first experience and I am glad I decided to put my faith in Fix Auto.

My aircon couldn't get cold so I went and diagnose and top up gas at 2 workshops on separate occasion. Both mentioned that need to remove my dashboard in order to fix my aircon coil but I was referred by a good friend to Boss Keong, he quoted me a good price and didn't need to remove my dashboard, I google and found out he is right. This is where I realize mechanic knowledge is very important. After a week, my car aircon is still going strong without any issue. He was also able to identify what's wrong with my overhaul with the other workshop. I will support and have my servicing with him in the future. I am glad I found the right mechanic master. Thank you Boss Keong and team.

Went to change cooling coil today for my X Trail. They are friendly and professionals. Price is affordable. They even helped to clean the engine parts under the bonnet and front seat. Good experience overall and will come again if need.

Was recommended by my colleague saying that Fix Auto is the correct workshop for my newly bought car for servicing. FA is not only to do car repair and servicing but they will check all points if any wear n tear of the parts and will update if any before proceeding. Bring in my car for servicing and inspection as I am going for a long road trip to penang. As safely is my top priority, I have requested them to do a thorough checks. They are very detailed and providing first hand update promptly. There are a handful of items to change due to fair wear and tear. I am very grateful and appreciate for their hard work to work after their normal hours to get my car ready. Overall I am very happy with their services, there is a significant improvement on the performance of the vehicle. Definitely will recommend them as your friendly workshop.

Very responsive owners, will reply within 1 hour. I had my air conditioning cooling pipe/coil replaced by them. However, the replaced cooling pipe was faulty, had a hole in it - called them back and they were very quick to tackle the issue even though they were busy. Sent my car down same day after calling and had a new cooling pipe replaced, collected my car the next day - all under warranty. And even helped me to fix the dash cam wiring as an apology. This shows that they are focused on the quality of their workmanship and not out there to cheat you! Very responsible owners and workshop! Will definitely recommend!

Great service - Professional and impressed they are able to fix up faulty aircon within the day even thou they are busy. There are already 3 cars being serviced inside the workshop. My Toyota Altis (>10yrs) was having issues and came by to Fix Auto late morning. The boss (Ah Keong) was friendly and provided good advice on the issues and recommendations for replacement. It was a major operation which need to take out the front panel of vehicle and change out the air-con parts. Been driving my car extensively today and the air con works perfectly well. Actually was trying out Fix Auto after seeing many positive reviews about them. Wanted to 'test' out their level of service and quality, and dared not do big jobs with them. Went to install fog lamps and threw in last minute horn installation. I must say i am very very impressed first with their integrity in price quotation, quality of work and the customer service. My Renault Kadjar Aircon failed occasionally and recovered after I switched off car engine. Went to a workshop but they couldn't diagnosed cos the Aircon worked normal when it arrives at there. A week later, same problem recur. I googled and read the reviews of Fix Auto. Decided to try them. The boss, Ah Keong attended to me. He diagnosed the water discharged from my car Aircon and suspected leakage as the cause. Car was admitted and repair done to my satisfaction.

Highly recommend, even though workshop is full of cars waiting for servicing and repair. I went there last min without appt, Fix Auto boss personally came to me and ask me whats wrong with my car. I told him my brake got sound while driving. He is very patient and explained in detail and lastly he arranged to park my car for inspection and whats the problem. He did my car personally for me and servicing. Price is very reasonable compared to other workshop.

I went to 2 places prior to Fix Auto to have my aircon checked, and both were not able to identify the problem. My aircon would blow out hot air for at least 5 mins before it would start to cool down. Ah Keong from Fix Auto was able to immediately identify that my compressor was spoiling, but not completely spoilt yet, that is why the car would still cool down after 5 minutes. He is a very nice guy and was able to get it done fast, and the next day I could collect my car.

Very appreciative of Irene who is always kind, understanding and quick to respond to clients who need help. One night when my lights were faulty, she arranged for me to be in early next morning to fix it asap! She comes back with detailed quotes with photos on what needs to be done. Very transparent, very quickly. She also gives very timely photo updates on the progress of repairs. And she is ever so considerate and mindful of my tight schedule going on the road with my kids. :) Keong, the very earnest and friendly Boss together with his team of good technicians do great thorough jobs. Keong personally diagnosed and rectified my aircon issue. They were able to pick up absorber leakage, poor battery health, worn brake discs, weak arms during regular servicing. Skilful, kind boss. This friendly and professional husband and wife is the dream team. They look after their clients. Keong and Irene were also considerate of their client's entire budget/bill for extensive repairs which leaves a mark in me. :) I was deeply appreciative that Keong personally helped negotiate for better price with his supplier for a one-time fix all solution as compared to staggered jobs in the future.
