Brought the car I wanted to buy down for a pre purchase inspection. Shawn meticulous in carrying out the checks and was patient in explaining what he found. Would highly recommend if you are looking for pre purchase inspection or even for repairs as such experienced hands can do no wrong.

I'll give 6 stars if not because of Google's limitations! Decided to engage Kaizen for PPI checks through the good reviews online and am impressed by Shawn's deep knowledge and rich experience. Shawn guided me what are the usual problems that used car would have and was very honest and detailed in his checks during the PPI inspection. He pointed a few issues and guided me how I can handle to close the issues with the dealer. Definitely recommended if anyone needs the expertise of a person with great car knowledge and good work ethics. I definitely will be engaging Kaizen for my servicing needs too. Great work there, Shawn and team!

Recently went down to workshop for a pre-bought secondhand car check by Shawn, and I couldn't be more impressed. Highly recommended for pre-purchase inspection. Shawn was very thorough and detailed in assessing my car condition. For newer cars, their software is also able to double check actual engine mileage to ensure no tampering. Will be back in future.

Chanced upon this workshop before I got my car. Had a few good reviews here and there, so decided to bring my car down for major servicing when I got my car (Civic FC5 in December 2022). Shawn was the one that handles everything for me from day one till now. He is so knowledgeable and patient with me as a new car owner - allowing me to follow him and listen to all his explanation on all the car parts when he's servicing the car. He also replied me even after work hours and explained to me the issue that I'm facing. Even up till now when I'm facing small issues here and there, he's always ready to get back to me with answers and tells me to go down for checks if I'm uncomfortable with driving the car with the issues I may have. 10/10 service and attitude. P.S: when you have the time, ask him to tell you about his car and the mods 😂

My first encounter with Kaizen Motors was when my rear break light was faulty and refused to turn off. Shawn got one of his guys to check the wiring for me and fixed it for me at no cost at all. This struck me that he is someone who is genuine in building relationships with his customers. Needless to say, when my car needed other repairs a month later, i sent it to Kaizen Motors without second thoughts. Shawn was knowledgeable and patient in explaining to me the repairs that needed to be done, and transparent with the costs involved. 2 days into the repairs, he was honest in calling to tell me that he managed to salvage my existing bumper, and that I could save cost on not having to replace it. The workmanship is good and pricing is fair. I will not hesitate to send my car back for future servicing and repairs. Two thumbs up for Kaizen Motors!

Kaizen motor is one of the most reliable workshop in SG. I copied back back my review back 2 years ago when my Subaru break down and engine was overhauled by a reputable Subaru workshop but yet engine fail again within warranty period. Instead of repairing, the workshop denied their fault of poor workmanship and improper installation. As a result, Crankshaft, bearings, o-rings, codrod etc were Badly damaged. Many thanks to Shawn & the team of Kaizen motor for their hard work and patience for sourcing and replaced all the parts and also ratification on engine oil leakage. Although I had changed my ride, but I still go back to Kaizen for all serving and technical advise. I strongly recommend Kaizen for a Peace of mind.

Free parking when you service your car there. There's an air con waiting lounge at the workshop. Would want to see more car accessories at lounge area so that customers can shop while waiting for their cars to service. Overall, great experience with reasonable servicing prices!
