Was there to respray part of my new car on 22 July 2024. Was served by Mr Thoong and Mr Leong (Level 5), they are both friendly, professional and dedicated to their job. I’m so impressed by the service I received. Even received updates from Mr Leong on the status of the paint job upon my request. The paint job is flawless ! Thank you for the good service!! 👍🏼

Yassir is really a wonderful staff here. He patiently listens and genuinely tries to understand the issues of the customer. Kudos to his wonderful service. And to all the unseen staffs and mechanics, well done! The waiting room is comfortable and spacious with USB charging ports, WiFi, drinks, instant noodles and pastries.

This is the place where I get my car serviced every time . The guys over at the xounter are very helpful I'm many ways, Not like other service centres they do not force you change parts. They do their very best to please and help u save money

It could have given 5 stars if I was informed side mirror replacement need to order prior sending the car for repair. But I am happy at least they update Infotainment software and clean up the car.

The place is good. F&B also good but the waiting time is too long. Send car at 0900hrs and collect around 2pm ..?? I hope this can be improved ...if not it would be excellent!. Thanks..

I sent my car for a minor repair job at Tanjung Penjuru workshop this morning & was attended by Mr. Mohd Yassir . He is very professional & answer all my queries very well . Yassir is very pleasant & makes customers feel at ease even with our repairs woes . Mazda is very fortunate to have such a dedicated & customer oriented employee . Thank you Yassir .

Very cozy lounge with complimentary food and drinks. Staffs are polite, including the pantry lady. Shuttle service to nearby provided. Looking forward to visit place again

4 star for great schedule with mall shuttle, sofa and charging work pods, huge news television. but 1 star is taken away due to it's extremely slow service from mazda parts that can take more than 3-6 months to arrive.

Nice clean environment where you can wait for your car to be serviced. However during this covid period, food and drinks are not served anymore so yeah.
