Although during the maintenance process, the service consultant would take photos to show me the problems with the vehicle, but the photos were not sent to me, so there was no way to confirm them carefully. I've been a customer of MBM Wheelpower since 2018. This is a dealer-appointed workshop for my car warranty period and I thought I'll go back to my previous workshop after warranty periods are over, but to date, I'm still going to MBM for maintenance servicing, repair works, painting, purchasing motor insurance, accident repair, and insurance claim. MBM has a very convenient online Booking system. MBM staff will also contact you via phone calls and WhatsApp messages to schedule for servicing schedule. You can have rewards and vouchers from the MBM WheelPowerRewards mobile application too. My first impression of the workshop is the nice, comfortable waiting area, and friendly staff especially aunties, who never fail to ask and serve the drinks. Throughout the years, my car was taken care of by a few service advisors and all of them were very knowledgeable, showed great professionalism in their job, and provided great customer service. However, most of the servicing was served by Anthony Toh and I thought he was exceptional. He is honest, very courteous, very responsive, and very professional. Another person who helped me handle my car accident and insurance claim a few years back was Shirley. She is also very helpful and very professional. I am happy to recommend anyone to try out MBM WheelPower.
