I dropped my precious earring beneath the back seat of my car (buried deep) and the Mister Garage team were so efficient in taking the car apart and retrieving it in minutes. They are very skilled and I would come here for repairs if I ever need them.

Went for my servicing recently. The whole process and experience was smooth. Every car parts that needed to be changed were explained clearly (eg: the reasons and prices), before they proceed with the change. The service level is outstanding. I got a replacement car while mine is being repaired. It was a last minute arrangement and they manages to get one. However the rented car was not in a good state. I sent feedback, and it was dealt with immediately. They got another replacement car. They sent their staff to pick it up from rental company and delivered it to my door step without causing any inconvenience to me. Well done, Mister Garage. I highly recommend drivers to consider their workshop as I trust they look after your car as well as you.

My Toyota Previa have been having nok nok sound at the rear side. Went to 3 workshops previously and couldn't identify the root cause. The chief mechanic Kenny is able to identify the issue immediately and got it fix shortly. The boss Joeson is also very nice and even follow up a day later just to make sure the issue does not reappear. Well done!
