The door dings on my ride were irritable. Made a trip down to PDR and Winston was very meticulous and considerate in the remedy and expectations. Kudos to him, my dings are a thing of a past and more crucially, putting my mind at ease. What you're paying is merely a fraction of what you get out of Winston's many years of experience; ease of mind and comforting joy, knowing your ride is 'dings free'. Found this place on Google and saw many positive reviews. Brought my three month old car in to fix up a dent that’s quite obvious (someone parked next to me opened their door too wide and hit mine). Was told by the staff there might be a small line after fixing the dent to which I was ok. The team was very professional and seemed to have a lot of experience. The end result is a complete fix without even the line! I paid $45 to fix up this ding but it’s worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Had a double dent (with two lines as seen from photo) that was caused by some inconsiderate people who opened their doors too wide. Came down this morning to get it pushed out, and the guy at the store did it within 5 mins. He initially said that it might not be able to push out all the way, but managed to do a very good job (virtually not noticeable anymore) and I was very happy with the results. Do note that in order for them to be able to push out your dents your car would need to have some kind of access to the dent which they can insert their tool. Would highly recommend anyone with small dents to come to this place. They are professional and highly-skilled and efficient. Definitely coming back here again!

Looking to fix a minor yet obvious Dent on my car and found this service online. They identified a total of 13 dents~~ and all were swiftly fixed under 30mins :) very polite and friendly people with over 25 years of experience in this business~~ recommend to come early!

Someone opened their door too hard and caused a dent on an edged part of my car. Drove down to the workshop and was told at most can recover 60-70%, and will be a difficult job. I told him try his best, I am okay. At the end, the dent was 90-95% repaired after really meticulous work by the staff (boss himself). He told me it was his job to manage my expectations while he did his best. Highly recommended, honest shop that will give you the genuine advice on what can and cannot be done.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I had one of those deep coin sized dent on my rear passenger door smack in the middle. An eye sore on a beautiful car. Read all the reviews here. It was a 50/50 decision to go here. First off Winston (Guy in the pic. The dent remover) said he can only do 60%. He started work and found 1 more dent right above this coin sized one in the pic. The 2nd dent I didn’t even notice it was there because of the color of the car and the position of it. He removed around 5 dents. He kept saying I can only do 60% on the some dents on some 75% etc. I just left it to him. End result is like the dent never existed. He did all of it by hand. Not with the fancy suction gun thingy. He shared he’s a 24 year veteran for removing dents. I had no doubt to start with, at the end he proved nothing beats the old school ways of working. He does charge a premium but his work is expert and beyond level I would say. He also does ceramic coating for people he likes 🧐. Funny but that’s how it is folks. Given the workmanship at this place and his mad skills I’m sure it’s worth it. He was working on coating a Lexus when I visited. So if you are impatient, want 100% your way, don’t want to pay a premium for some seriously good skills. DO NOT GO HERE!. But if you can leave things to an expert. Then make up your mind, get your Visa card ready, spend an hour here, have a good chat, watch a satisfying episode of dent removal and walk away giving a good review. #WinstonIsAwesome

Highly recommended for anyone looking to smoothen out coin-size dents on your car. Do make sure you listen to his expectations - eg in my case my windows were frameless which means the usual pulling method wouldn’t work. However his masterful use of the suction cup fixed the dent completely to my eye. And in under 15mins to boot (if there’s no queue). Be sure to clarify expectations and but he absolutely does what he says.

The dent was exactly at the trimming line along the side door which seems impossible to do it. But with the skills from PDR, the result was surprising and it exceeded my expectation. The recovery almost about 95%, bearing in mind that the dented was at the trimming line. Less than half an hour, the job completed without going through other means such as patching or re-spray of the side door. Great! Recommended for those who encounter dent issues.

The boss is really friendly and takes immense pride in his work. As such he will tend to undersell and manage expectations upfront on the end result. (Probably from past experience with folks that have unrealistic expectations). I didn’t have low or no expectations but neither did I expect perfection for my case as the dent was at an awkward location (he mentioned he would typically reject such cases) but the end result was really good.

The job was flawless. It is cheaper to accumulate the small dents and do it in one shot as compared to fixing one dent per visit. You pay for his years of expertise and skills. For those who complained about the rates, my advice is don't own a car.

Winston did a great job! Removes the dents without covering/painting it. However, his worker left him and he have been doing this as a one-man show that’s why it took longer than usual to get the job done. He mentioned it’s very tiring and he wants to retire soon. It’s a pity that no one is taking over. Would highly recommend anyone with small and many dents to hurry visit him! Hopefully he’s still around!

Went in to remove 2 dents today, had someone waiting for his car to be done before me. Brought in my Audi today. Got 3 door dings done in 15 mins. They managed expectations that the deep dent would only get to 80%. Honestly, I inspected the work under light and it looks 100%. Went on 18/8/10, the whole process less than 30 mins. I have 30 dents to fix, quoted me $300. But of course, there are at least 4 dents that are very Long and deep. Those bang by lorries door, n left a Long dents. The staffs there are very honest, they don’t anyhow chop. Highly recommended! But hope I don’t have to come bk again.

10/11/2018 - just dropped by to fix a few door dents. They said can do only 70%. But the final result looks 100% to me! Excellent and fast work too. Outstanding work at a reasonable price. Suffered a hit and run in a carpark, they helped me fix the big dent left behind to almost new!

Look for the owner Winston. Very experienced and skilled at his craft. Had a nice chat with him and learnt that he picked up the skill in US 22 years ago. That's 22 years of experience! Unlike some other auto workshop/service guys that are crooks out to rip you a new one, this guy is sincere and actually quite the opposite.

Very stupidly closed my auto gate while reversing in. So my 1-mth old car gana kissed at the car door by the gate, leaving 2 deep dents. Both dents are on the bodyline.
