Michel in Dry lock area, awesome guy. I just went there to verify the low oil alarm but he inspect many other things and take all his efforts to clean all the dirt's inside the rainwater line, lot lot of leaves came out, he clear until no leaves. Booked my first normal servicing on a Saturday morning with Skoda and liaised with. Mr. Ronald about my intention to send in the car at earlier timing. Mr. Ronald is very accommodating and responsive tbroughout our whatsapp chats. Seek a favour from him to help in arranging for the car to get serviced. Without any hesitation, Mr. Ronald arranged the whole processes of the servicing and washing of the car. He also kept me updated promptly of the servicing progress which I am very much appreciative of the extra mile shown.The servicing process went smoothly up to the time I collected the car. Sent in my car for the vehicle recall check and was allocated Service Advisor Yeo. My current car is my second Škoda but it’s my first encounter with SA Yeo. How I wish I met him since my previous vehicle. Very attentive and try his best to make sure every little problem I rise up to him is being checked and attend to. When collecting car he took time to go through every little details about the stuff he checked according to my request. What impressed me is he even submitted a paintwork claim for me when I don’t even know there’s a defect myself. Really outstanding work attitude. Highly recommended for anyone who service their Škoda to look for SA Yeo should they send in their vehicle for checks or servicing.
