haven't visited a workshop in 7 years because previous rides were maintained with AD. went to Zentrum after a friend mentioned it in passing, did my due diligence and gotten few quotes. Zentrum was definitely not the cheapest, but decided to go for it because of Wayne's responsiveness (even on a non-working day), his professionalism and most importantly, honesty and good vibe. recommended! 👍🏻

Recently I need to repair my car and I am so glad that I was introduced to Ah Heng of Zentrum. He gave me a detailed quote over WA and updated me the status along the way with pretty accurate estimated downtime. The price was very reasonable unlike my old C agent for the famous M brand that charged a bomb just last year for major servicing! Puts me thinking what they had serviced. On pick up, he showed me the changed parts that were replaced before throwing away and took time to explain why the need to change. Thank you so much for making my car feels safe, smooth and easy to drive again!

This workshop has skilled mechanics with impressive credentials and experience. I have a 15 year old car which had fluctuating idling rpms. The problem was driving me crazy and causing safety issues when travelling at idling speed. Zentrum diagnosed the problem and replaced parts for a ridiculously low fee. I’m so impressed and grateful as the dealer wanted to charge 14 times the price! They were recommending to replace many many parts except the faulty part, open up engine manifold etc. I would have spent many thousands of dollars and would still have had the problem today if not for Zentrum. Number 1 mechanic in Singapore!

A small workshop but hidden inside here are two expert Mechanics previously from Volkswagen and one of them was the lead mechanic in Volkswagen. The capability of their knowledge and expertise on continental cars are TOP notch. They explain in details for each source of car problems and will advice accordingly in their best knowledge to the owner. They will let the owner to decide before proceeding with any repairs. No sales talk or pressure sales tactics. The best workshop are the ones that let you stay around their shop with no hidden agenda and no need for advertisement thru social media, etc. They are also comfortable in giving quotes for repairs if owner do not proceed. Their price for parts and labour are on the low side and able to choose OEM or 3rd party parts for repair. Look for Heng/Yap on your next servicing needs and you will appreciate there is actually still good trustworthy workshop in Singapore. Payment by Nets/Paynow/CC with surcharge of 3%. They will also assist you during exit of the gantry using their season pass.

Yap is technically competent and absolutely dedicated to his craft, but that is not the reason why I find myself returning to his garage for all matters related to my vehicle. It is the fact that he is honest, engaging and values his relationship with his clients that keeps me returning time and time again.

Wayne is an experienced auto guy who will explain every detail before you make the purchase or service. No obligations. Not those type of workshop who will 'roll-eyes' once you have decided not to go with their service or preferred brand product. They are friendly and sometimes just help you change remote batteries for free. Once, I left my car there for some odd noise, he did a thorough check, found out it was a false alarm, and I wasn't even charged because he said not much work was done. Transparent.
