The cake is a stunner! The guests love it so much and keep coming back for second servings. We got the Ferrari and rainbow tower cake! So many wows from the guests adults and children. Great and prompt whatapps replies. Highly recommended with 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've tried the cakes since many years back on and off and before their more recent expansion, had felt that the standard dropped (it was better when it first opened). Tried one of the cakes that day from the CWP branch and it was decent but nothing to shout about either, sponge tasted like the old-school swee Heng cake which didn't justify the exorbitant price. decided to take a leap of faith for my son's birthday cake this year and ordered the strawberry shortcake that I had never tried before. Glad I did it because it was absolutely delicious. cake was fresh and sponge was light, wasn't too sweet and even the oldies praised it. I've tried several brands of SS before and I think this is one of the best. Will definitely return again!

truly enjoyed the entire cake baking session woi! That’s only because of Erin! She’s so patient, fun, friendly and knowledgeable throughout. Witnessed my boyfriend’s baking and cake decorating skills and I’m impressed hehe (Erin’s demo taught us so well! This is seriously the best baking class that i have attended thus far. Step by step procedures are provided and they are clear and detailed. Both instructors are owesome, very organised, knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely recommend to whoever that are interested. Kudos!

Had high expectations however not satisfactory. The ondeh ondeh fillings are dry and burnt cheesecake taste like normal cheesecake but one of the nicest favor I brought. Will not patronise again. Price too high for this kind of standard.

Responsiveness: I contacted via Whatsapp and received response timely (within 2-4 hours during operating hour) addressing all my inquiries. Additionally, the representative followed up upon collection of the cake to check in on the cake and how the celebration went. Cake Design: I provided multiple pictures and ideas on how I wanted my cake to be via Whatsapp, and the cake turned out exactly how I envisioned it. In short, the design was on point. Flavor: I requested for a strawberry speculoos (strawberry jam and speculoos biscuits). The flavor itself was good, with a nice strawberry flavor on the sponge cake, lightly coated with strawberry jam and biscuits. Overally, it was light and not overly sweet. Recommend: My family thoroughly enjoyed the cake and I'd be happy to come here again. For custom cake, I would recommend providing detail examples and description for designs to be on point.

Our trainer, Claire, was super attentive to our needs and approachable - which made our baking experience a very enjoyable one! 😊 At the beginning, she noticed that we were trying to do a make shift tripod stand and she (together with her team) helped us to find resources in the workshop to set up our camera for a time lapse video of the experience. I enjoyed the classes at bakers brew upper Thomson studio. Instructors are friendly and patience in guiding us. Lessons are clear and easy to follow, working in pairs and doing our own assembly of cakes, it was overall a very pleasant way to spend the day. And we get to bring home the delicious cakes to share with our family. Awesome team!

Attended a few baking lessons here, the recipes are innovative and creative. Instructor Claire is lighthearted and thorough, love her classes! I prefer their fresh cream cakes over buttercream.

I placed an order after reading their reviews online. I reside in Australia and wanted to send a Mothers' Day cake for my mum and granny. I am glad that I made the right choice.. Baker's Brew staff have been very friendly and efficient with online order I made. I sent them a text message to amend my order details and replied to my text message very promptly and delivered the cake according to the time that was requested. My mum and granny loved the rich and moist cake. They said that it was one of the best cakes they have eaten in a while. Thank you so much for the lovely cake and fabulous service. I have attended similar class in abc cooking studio before, that’s why my benchmark. Lesson here is enjoyable, it’s different from a abc in a way that you have to do your 1) own washing and 2) weighting and portioning of ingredients . I think these are all right and it’s part of the experience to appreciate the effort involved in baking )

Trainer is very responsive and provides the attendees with information and assistance. Very clear instructions. The kitchen is well maintained. Slight setback on the pricing for the buddy system that you get only 1 portion of bakes but only discount is 15%.

Their dual fromage and oneh oneh is my all time favorite. Even though i am not a cheesecake person but i fall in love in their dual fromage at first try. The taste is just nice, cakes are soft, fine texture and not too dry. I suggest everyone should give it a try too!

Really pleased with how the cake tasted & looked <3 and they did it in one day’s notice a two tier customised cake exactly how I wanted it. They were so polite & prompt in answering my queries on WhatsApp as well as entertain my last minute request on a public holiday too. Thank you SO much the cake was Bomb！
