The waffles is not those crispy outside type. It’s for those who prefer soft soft one. I prefer crispy outside a little more. So not my preference. But still nice.

The staff making the waffle seems very inexperienced/ very new which was probably why it wasn’t very tasty… I love that it’s very thick, and the waffle looked pretty, but the batter tasted like it had too much baking soda? Hopefully the staff making it will improve… otherwise, looking at his waffle making skills, the shop will likely close soon…

My previous experiences at Bakery Cuisine (Jewel) were disappointing due to a staff lady who always give black face. I’ve also seen customers left while queuing cos’ they’re not greeted/served. BUT my recent visit was amazing! Is a different staff and she’s so much better!!! I’m a happy customer hence this review!

I had the oreo cheese waffle here and I fell in love with it. It's so good! Yes, a good with an exclamation mark which I don't use often. This bakery and its waffles is probably the only reason I'll ever return to Changi Jewel.
