E. P.Recently engaged their services to print out 12 sheets of edible icing, with a short turnaround time. Right from the very start, their responses have been very prompt and professional, with the team keeping me updated on the printing progress. I received the prints a day earlier than expected as I self-collected and I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of icing. Given that it was my first time working with icing sheets and I didn't know what to expect, Ota Marketing's icing sheets were surprisingly very easy to work with, unlike other types of icing sheets which I've read about online (phew!). Overall a great experience and I'm already planning new bake projects using icing sheets and will definitely re-engage their printing services!

Seller was friendly ,patient and prompt response to queries. And also provide the YouTube video link for the instruction of how to use the edible icing sheet on the cake .
