I think the quality of food and service is still good but quite pricy. I was, however, very disappointed with the pudding. It has greatly decreased in volume and the packaging has changed from a respectable glass bottle to some cheap plastic container. With the spoon given it was still hard to reach the bottom content making it messy to eat. Was a nig fan of their pudding but now it's just not worth the money.

the staff here very pleasant to talk to, the baked goods are of top quality. make me feel very warm and happy coming here to eat. Farhan serve me well and help me with payment and order with a nice attitude.

The music chosen is too noisy not so appropriate- should play softer, relaxing instrumental cafe music. The announcement for pick up is also too loud. I love the roasted chicken salad but o wish you can be a bit more generous with the provision of avocado. Perhaps you can consider giving options for customer to top up some ingredients.

Coffee and tea prices can be lowered if they chose to make it smaller. Soup top up with drink at sgd5 is a nice idea

The stars are for the Rock n Dark Choco Bun– I loved it! I also had the Sparkling Mango Mint drink but I think that one was unnecessarily a bit bitter and overpriced.
