Came here on a windy Saturday night. We sampled a few flavours, such as the taro and milk & honey. Eventually we picked the waffle + after eight + milk & honey ice cream. The milk and honey was pretty decent and smooth, but the after eight was very, very gritty (taro was relatively gritty as well) although i liked the taste. The waffle passed the taste test for me - it tasted a lot like the one from Holy Cow, crispy and airy. Ambience is really nice and the staff there, especially the lady (might be the owner) was very friendly and kind as well. Worth a visit but you have to pick the right ice cream flavour.

Had a great dinner here at Eighty Nine Bistro and decided to get the waffle ice cream for a birthday celebration. The staff was really nice to accomodate to my request for a candle and even offered to take many photos for us! We got the dark chocolate and earl grey lavender gelato which was amazing, the waffle was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Highly recommend to visit if you are around the vicinity!

They serve ice cream and handmade waffles here with a lovely view of the sea. Wonderful friendly service by the staff! Price is pretty affordable for one scoop of ice cream!

The MSW gelato is a must try! Solid good stuff. In fact, all the gelatos there r good. Too bad only 1 stomach. The waffles and croffles are superb as well. Croffles can "tabao" back and reheat it for next day. Service is warm and genuine. Will visit again!

We had the waffles with cookies and cream gelato. Waffles was cooked perfectly with a bit of crunch, just the way I like it. Gelato was delicious, not overly sweet. Location is great for relaxation, overlooking the sea of Johor.
