J. T.Was assisted by the lovely Ruzilah at the counter and she made sure everything went smoothly and orderly for me with a friendly and polite attitude. Even after she directed me to the VTM to further process my details she followed up with me throughout and made sure everything was settled before i go off. Very warm personality provided and wishing her all the best!
F. S.Accompanied a friend to carry out a rather unusual transaction. The staff members were all polite and helpful, from the greeter at the entrance to the counter staff and security. Issue was resolved satisfactorily after some discussion. Had heard bad things about service at other branches (I'm not a DBS customer) so was sceptical, but good to see the best side of this bank today.
L. B. T.I liked the most is the selected ATM machines, very convenient for us to withdrawal cash with different cash denominations $2, $5, $10, $50, $100
C. W.I just want to say big thanks to this branch. I’m worried about my POSB card .Cos I lost and I call POSB hotline to lock the card for me. the problem is easy to lock but not easy to unlock it. Hotline said need to go back to Khaiki Bukit. So trouble some. Then I bring my passport and Work permit to this bank . The staff of DBS Karen served me. Karen was so nice and very patient. I’m so surprised and satisfied with her service. So so nice of her. Finally the problem settled without going to Khaki Bukit. ❤️Thanks for DBS bank.
