My first visit to this branch . I have a happy experience although the place is pretty crowded. The reception made it easy for me when I informed them of my purpose . Waited for a little while and was served by Sophia Sun . She helped to solve my difficulties with my Online and Mobile App. Very patiently explained to me so that when I go home I will be alright. Also tried to answer my personal queries and get help when the questions were rare and truly difficult without checking. This is excellent service that made my day and leave a very happy memory of OCBC Bank. Thank you Sophia Sun and your supporting colleague. Have a wonderful day.
