Perched at the lush Garden Terrace at level five of Pan Pacific Orchard, Florette offers an exquisite dining experience that is both luxurious and intimate. From the moment you step into this elegantly designed space, you are greeted by a serene ambiance, accentuated by the smooth sounds of acid jazz and the twinkling cityscape beyond the windows. Ambiance:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The decor at Florette is nothing short of exotic . The Roman goddess of flowers inspires the luxurious space, and it truly lives up to its namesake. The combination of indoor and al fresco seating, surrounded by beautiful foliage and magical lights, creates a romantic and sophisticated atmosphere perfect for a date night or a special celebration. Service:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The staff at Florette are attentive and professional, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. From the moment you arrive, you are treated to impeccable service that enhances the overall dining experience. Food:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The menu at Florette is limited though a delightful blend of French cuisine and fresh seafood. Highlights include the seafood platter , oyster platters, fish tacos, and the wagyu beef sliders, which are cooked to perfection. We tried the Beetroot Hummus , Fish Tacos, and the fairly exotic seafood platter! Each dish is beautifully presented and flavorful. Drinks:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Florette's cocktail menu is inspired by the four natural environments found within the hotel—Forest, Beach, Garden, and Cloud. The creative cocktails are a journey through these themes, offering unique and refreshing flavors. Overall Experience:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Florette offers a memorable dining experience with its combination of exquisite food, impeccable service, and a stunning ambiance makes it a top choice for anyone seeking an awesome night out.

Florette, Pan Pacific Orchard: The newest hotel kid on the block is breathtakingly and staggeringly stunning. Before you set foot here, view the hotel from afar from the Orchard Road strip. An architectural marvel, it resembles a tetris block with chunks knocked out on interval levels, which opens up and dissects the communal space to the public eye. This is at the expense of precious commercial space for rooms, F&B or events rooms. Meaning they chose design aesthetics at an opportunity cost. Daring move, daring costs and fingers crossed, daring headlines. This has got to be my favourite hotel design to date and I haven’t even stayed at the hotel. If first impression counts, it is firmly upheld as you file your way past the commanding bar that sits on terraced water falls. Gorgeous lighting are afoot and the choice of lighting style is nothing short of exquisite taste. Lobby seats are generous too and the wire meshes straddle the lines between privacy and openness - a theme that runs thick through the vein of the entire space and design planning of the hotel. Now to Florette Bar. The resplendent and absolutely stunning bar of the hotel is bathed in lighting done spot-on, with the most brow-raising choice of lights. Take the heavenly intricately made lights that run full length of the bar counter, as an example. Then the side lights that don’t just light up but fetch curious studies of the intricate design. Cocktails are not over the top with dramatics but modest in tone. I didn’t like my choices but Cloud is the best offering on the menu with a smooth blend of flavours and you can’t put the sleek long-stemmed glass down. Service from Lesley was gorgeous. Affable, chatty and vibrant, we enjoyed our chats with her. From the bar to the entirety of the hotel, its design aesthetics to the form follows function design thinking, this is the best hotel I have ever set foot in. #eatstylishtravelstylish

Impromptu visit to Florette and it's my second time at the bar. The view and aesthetic is wonderful, perfect place to hide away from the bustling city. Service is fantastic as usual, Janice and team were very attentive and proactive in suggesting cocktails or food items to try off the menu. But the icing on the cake would be how family and children friendly it is. Large gorgeous lawn for the kids to run about, and very stroller accessible too. I would rate it 9/10 only because I'd love to see more food options!!

From the moment I entered Florette, I was greeted by attentive and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to guide me through their extensive champagne and oyster selections. Their expertise and passion for their craft were evident, making the entire experience feel personalized and special. Kudos also to Dino for going the extra mile and took good care of us, he also came down to bring a bottle he recommended when we were dining at Mosella. The star attractions at Florette are undoubtedly the oysters. They were impeccably fresh, plump, and bursting with natural flavors. The variety of oysters available was impressive, showcasing the finest selections from around the world. Each oyster was shucked with precision, ensuring that every shell housed a succulent and briny delight. Accompanied by the recommended champagne pairings, the oysters created a symphony of tastes that danced on my palate. In addition to the outstanding oysters, Florette's champagne offerings were equally impressive and still growing. The thoughtfully curated champagne list featured an array of renowned labels as well as hidden gems waiting to be discovered. The staff's recommendations were spot-on, showcasing their expertise and enhancing the overall dining experience, we had the sake champagne. The ambiance at Florette exuded elegance and sophistication. The modern and chic interior design, coupled with soft lighting, created a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for indulging in champagne and savoring the flavors of the sea. Whether you're looking for a romantic evening or a refined gathering with friends, Florette provides a luxurious backdrop for any occasion. Overall, Florette Champagne and Oyster Bar at Pan Pacific Orchard is a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. With its exceptional service, exquisite oysters, impressive champagne selection, and sophisticated ambiance, Florette has quickly become a must-visit destination for champagne and seafood enthusiasts. Without a doubt, the atmosphere at this hotel bar is outstanding. On the 11th floor, you are enjoying a breezy outdoor space, watching the rain fall at the horizon while sipping on a drink. The bar as with the rest of the hotel is in the pre-open phase, so some hiccups are to be expected. The tacos were acceptable. The cheese and truffle balls were so salty that it was barely edible. A new batch was offered and it was significantly better but still on the salty side. The drinks were excellent, not too sweet and well balanced. Service was quite slow. With time, there will be improvements. For now, enjoy the fantastic setting.

Amazing bar that was recently opened in June 2023. The ambience of the bar is amazing. Perfect for dates. The drinks are a delight. Nothing I tried disappointed. I was lucky to be hosted by the 3 bartenders (Mai, Jen, Leslie. <If I spelt your name wrongly, I am sorry!!) Good conversations and great drinks, what more can 1 ask for. It's definitely a great place to visit!!

A lovely bar with great service, fresh oysters and tasty cocktails. We were there on a quiet Sunday evening and stayed til closing. The setting was really pretty and we were able to have a little wander in the grounds with our happy-hour cocktails to enjoy the sunset. Jan and her team, Mika and Nurin, were especially helpful and added to the excellent experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The service, food and beverage are all of 5 star quality! The sake sommelier (who also is wine certified and working on a whisky cert, wow!) was excellent and sold me sake that was the best I've ever had. The bar manager was so friendly and knowledgeable (she just won a whisky competition!) and sold me 2 cocktails with her personal spin and WOW was I impressed. The waiters were excellent and attended to me like a queen. I think I have found my new hide out for sure. Thank you to Florette for making my experience so wonderful.

Everything was a 10/10 for me, from the ambience to the food and the drinks were incredibly well made! I throughly enjoyed my time there. There’s something about the atmosphere that is a good mix of both classy and cozy. I do believe that a lot of the credit is also owed to the staff here, shout out especially to mai who was excellent at customer service, she was warm, friendly and responsive. The team was also very hard at work! All in all 10/10 and highly recommend

Passing once again in Singapore, we discovered in the Orchad district, a little gem... "FLORETTE", the den of cocktails, bubbles and oysters. The mixologist treated us to cocktails that were as delicious as they were daring and the Chef did the same! Only happiness in the glass and on the plate. A place that is both refined and relaxed in a jazzy atmosphere... To recommend.
