Well deserving of its spot on ‘Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024’, Fura well exceeded expectations. Cool setting with great music. Staff were warm, knowledgeable and attentive. Being sustainability focused, there is no meat on the menu, but delivered depths of flavour with their ‘Milk/Mylk/Melk’ dish. Cocktails were tasty and innovative with their play on textures. This is my new found favourite and will definitely return.
Service was amazing and we loved the vibes of the bar. I enjoyed New Yuck City, sweet foam paired with a hint of sourness, yum! Got the worm was a little too sour. Would come back again for other "innovative" (exotic?) drinks!
I love the way they explained their menu, nicely done. I ordered jellyfish which indeed has a spirulina taste to it, kinda weird and unique, my first time with this taste.....i super love the caviar papi, the serai overpowers the taste of the drink with vodka as its base. Followed by make tomato great again, taste similar to blardy mary tho. Nice...however u need a reservation to this place, a no show incur penalty. Menu ingredients is intriguing, would stay for more drinks!!
Heard many good things about Fura and finally decided to visit. My friend and I ordered a couple of bites and 4 drinks each, and there was not a single miss! The flavours for the drinks were interesting and well executed, with a decently wide range for all types of drink lovers (from fizzy-fruity to stiff to creamy to savoury).
As others have noted, the bites are all vegan, but are tasty nonetheless!
Only downside is that the bites are on the pricier side, but the price of the drinks are par for course for bars around the town area
Fura offers cocktails and food with intriguing ingredients, and they even produce their own liquor and wine. They're currently seeking permission to serve insects, so some menu items are marked "Coming Soon" pending approval.
While we didn't find the cocktails particularly impressive (probably because we chose mostly sweet options), the concept sets Fura apart from other cocktail bars. We didn't get to try the food, so I can't comment on that yet.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Fura. The menu reflects care and thoughtfulness from Fura’s creators and team as they engage with one of the most important challenges of our time: how will we eat and drink sustainably in an already changing climate? Fura offers excellent food and drink for thought, with little pretension or forced messaging, just delicious dishes and delightfully inventive cocktails using sustainable ingredients.
The staff are amazing, and will provide further details and context on the menu if desired. The atmosphere is relaxed, and during the week it seems like there are typically spots for walk-ins, however a reservation is probably a good idea.
I cannot wait to revisit and see how the menu and space evolves over time.
Love the chill vibes here and the team is super hospitable. Creative menu with sustainable concepts. Highly recommend the smokey banana and caviar papi - my usuals!
Was super excited to come here for dinner and I was not disappointed! Food was really really good — my favourite dishes were the kale and smokey banana dessert. Loved the tomato cocktail too! Fura also has a back garden which fits their theme of sustainability really well. The place is dim but well-lit enough to get good photos 😉
Christina and Mulia was super friendly and engaging making the experience even better!

An incredible evening at Fura. The concept is wonderful, and the countertop seating is the perfect environment to feel involved with the small team that puts heart and effort into their craft. Chef Christina served up some amazing dishes and was able to spend time sharing her passions and background that has resulted in this gem of an establishment on Amoy St.. Mulia was on point delivering well balanced cocktails, and i was happy to indulge in a few extra beyond the well curated tasting menu. So many dishes looked delicious and look forward to my next time visiting Singapore to return. Really a top notch experience and I thank the team profusely for their hospitality and being so welcoming to share their craft with the masses.
The focus on sustainability is fresh for Singapore (beyond a few establishments) and the very grounded approach is both inviting and purposeful. I walked away with a greater sense of where Fura sits in the ever evolving restaurant landscape (throughout the world) beyond just a place to grab a meal.
I actually heard of Fura after asking several bartenders in the city where they think I must visit before leaving Singapore. Fura was the most mentioned bar and it ended up being my favorite during this trip.
The focus of Fura's cocktail menu is sustainability. Many of the ingredients used on the menu would be otherwise be wasted by farms or are harmful to the environment. One cocktail that intrigued me was the Jellyfish Martini which aimed at reducing the jellyfish population. Admittedly, I was unsure of how it would taste, but the balance was perfect; it was not overly fishy nor too spirit forward for me. Definitely one to try if you're adventurous. I also loved the So You Bought Sad Corn? and I believe my favorite was the Make Local Tomatoes Great again.
I also got a snack while there. I was not expecting much, but I would return just to have the Kurly Kale dish again. Surprisingly so good I wanted more.
The hospitality and interior were just as memorable as the menu. Both Sasha and Christina seemed genuinely interested in our conversation and I left feeling as though we had been friends for a while. The interior made me feel underdressed, but the vibes felt casual. I'd take anyone here.
Overall, I cannot wait to return and try more of the menu! I'm excited for the future of this bar.

It's a place that you must truly experience it yourself. The amount of detail they put into the food and drinks are above and beyond. Friendly and attentive with everyone at the restaurant. Vibe is chill and food is interesting and done with care n love. Thank you Team Fura for an amazing time!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a chic orange abd blue atmosphere that feels both futuristic and inviting. Their commitment to sustainability shines through in every detail, from the eco-conscious materials/furniture to the innovative cocktails that are as delicious as they are creative. The vegan food is simply outstanding—thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. It's rare to find a place that perfectly blends sustainability, innovation, and quality, but Fura nails it on every level. Whether you're a cocktail enthusiast or a vegan food lover, Fura is a must-visit!
Moolia is the best. She took care of us well. I love the caviar papi and the post nut clarity. Such a unique place, they even have a fabulous mealworm margarita. Their food options are vegan which is not something you find often. I want to come back for the tasting food menu someday.
A friend and I popped into Fura for a quick drink before their last call and had such a good time.
I had the Beans, The Musical Fruit highball with butter bean koji and pea-infused vermouth, and my friend had the “Post Nut Clarity”. I thought the drinks were fantastic - it’s so rare and special to have drinks that deliver on a cerebral high-concept level AND are just flat-out delicious and interesting.
Mulia was a gem - she was warm and passionate and such a delight to chat with. I’m looking forward to coming back to try more of the drinks and have food!
The space is also so fun - it feels warm and inviting, but has this neat lava lamp colour scheme to it. Truly such a triumph! Can’t wait until the Singapore Food Agency allows restaurants in Singapore to serve insects so we can experience the full scope of Sasha and Christina’s vision of the future of food.
sasha and christina have really created a special space. every cocktail I’ve had were all deliciously and thoughtfully created. you really cannot go wrong in choosing off their menu. very high recommend for any kind of night!
Their service is great! You will get a great introduction of the food and drinks by the server. The drinks are innovative and beyond the normal cocktails. If you are looking for classic cocktails, do expect some new spin on it.

As a fan of cocktails with unique flavours this place is a must visit. They have fantastic creations and some lovely twists on the classics. They also ferment their own wines from various fruits, I've had the peach and the pineapple wines and they are lovely and from a great pairing for the food they serve. Really well thought out concept.

The drinks were really really good. From New Yuck City, to the floral Negroni, to the ginger based drinks, everything was so delicious!
Brilliantly conceptualised and executed cocktails paired with a wonderful vegan menu. A must visit.
We went to Fura when it first opened and the drinks, food, and hospitality was flawless. Sasha, Christina and Mulia were really sweet and interactive even though they were all rather busy. Personally, I particularly enjoyed the cocktails, and the menu pairs really well with them. Would recommend trying at least 2 cocktails.

Couldn’t imaging vegan food could taste so good! These guys take pride in what they do. Every dish was thought after, very well put together and tasted just amazing! Same with their cocktails. The servers are the chefs and they know everything about the menu. Have excellent recommendations! Really enjoyed the meal and the experience. Highly recommend!
Truly a wonderful experience. The food and drinks take you on a delicious adventure and the lovely staff are the guides who really take the time to tell you about the dishes and drinks. They also check in with you to ensure you are all set. All in all i love the speedy and attentive service as well as the amazing food and drinks. Definitely coming back again!!! :D
Absolutely exceptional food, drinks and service. We shared five dishes between the two of us and got three drinks each. My absolutely favorite were the Kurly Kale and the milk/mylk/melk, as well as the Smokey banana. You can’t go wrong with anything you order here.

Delish, Experiment and Super
From the first visit, you can feel that the owner’s attitude towards environmental protection and the ecological chain is more than just careful. Sometimes the overly advanced concept surpasses the taste and the wine itself, but today's three cocktails were all amazing to me. The balance of ingredient flavor and alcohol content makes you no longer feel that the ingredients on the wine list are just unfamiliar words, but each performs its own duties and presents a taste feast with a fantastic performance in your mouth.
Exiting fura feels like entering back to the ugly reality, but I guess we’ll make it better by keeping what matters to deep in our hearts. Thank you mulia and Christina, visiting fura is one of my most unforgettable experiences in sg.

Jellyfish Martini ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Although it is a martini, the taste of the wine is very ordinary and not too strong. The very special salty and umami taste makes the wine light, and it will not be said that it is one sip after another. But it can be drank easily and is perfect as a pre-drink.
This hotdog doesn't need to explain itself ⭐⭐⭐ The vegetarian hot dog burger has a super hard texture. It should be said that it is harder than expected. It is not recommended if you want to have it as a snack with wine.
