Oevin provided superb service to us and assisted us promptly in everything we need, including enabling the AV system for us to play a short video. Kudos to the rest of the team who supported as well. Can feel that they’re all trying to make it the best experience for us. Fuss free booking. Helpful staffs. Awesome VIP room. The only thing that could be further improved would the waiting time for food. Thank u!

Nice place but expensive. Party of 8 it came up to $76+ per person including the room, food, and drinks. Take note there is a corkage fee if you bring your own alcohol. Clean environment. The food options are limited but priced okay. Mostly is processed food. Service was quite fast, you can call them with a button in the room. However, there was a glitch in the karaoke system that skipped over 20+ songs we chose. Hope they fix that soon.

Rooms are odd as they are built around the structure of the mall. But it does not dampen the experience of the KTV.

We brought in our own food, so we didn't try the food selection they offer. The male staff was impolite, making remarks "If you can afford $300/h for one room, you should be able to for $60/h" when we requested to extend our room time and he suggested to move to a diff room as another guest has booked the VVIP room. So 👎🏻 There are better ways to word things. Atmosphere was good. Good sound system. Everything was comfortable. They even have a mic and stand in the middle of the room 🤭 For song selection They had a lot of chinese songs. English songs were limited - there were some songs I was looking for but were not available. They have over 10 songs for Tomorrow X Together and SEVENTEEN. For MOAs and Carats, rejoice. 👏🏻👏🏻😆

The rooms looks nice and comfy. Overal we enjoyed ourselves but its strange that the system doesnt allow us to adjust the key.

Excellent atmosphere. Drinks and food could be a little pricey. But the set up for karaoke is really no joke. Amazing.

(+) Pretty and relatively spacious themed rooms. Both TV and control screen was big and clear. service crew was also pretty attentive, offering blankets when we felt cold. (-) Could not control volume and key of the mic. Audio does not seem too good, with feedback every now and then. Green tea tastes a little funny, perhaps diluted with added sugar? List of English songs is quite limited too.

Its the best KTV in town, its very stylish with different theme room of all sizes, really amazing ambience, sound system is fantastic too. I have come here many times and i feel its really a nice place to get high with buddies.

The sound system is also pretty good. this place is also great for celebrating events such as birthdays, corporate events and reunions with friends. the price is also affordable for young people compared to other places. this place is recommended for spending a long night. Was Celebrating my birthday with my friends at 27th march2020.. What a great experience with kstar karaoke😊 Sound system was good and friendly staff with good smiling while serving us. Pretty much Love the room's THEME!!! Aowww..!!,😍Will definately visit again n again with friends after MCO. 😍😍

Went there several times for the past year. Good environment, sound system improved, staffs are very approachable and welcoming at all time. Suitable place for gathering👍🏻👍🏻

tried Kstar for the first time and wow their sound system is really good. the only thing is that it's abit difficult to search for songs. and the top hits are not within the Singapore context kind of hits you usually get in teoheng or manekineko. those songs that are in their top hits are not really that familiar to us. the rooms were cute. overall we enjoyed our time there. but they mini room maybe abit small for 5 pax so if you have more than 4 pax you may want to consider taking the medium room instead. good location at orchard central. I think their first outlet is at beauty world and I think the prices there are cheaper than the one I visited in town.
