The snack shop I found at Jewel specializes in eating less salt, less sugar, and less calories without getting fat. There are so many styles and they all look delicious. There is a tasting area in front of the store where you can try before buying. I asked the store clerk to recommend a few items, and he piled up a handful of them for me without mercy. Everything was delicious, so I decided not to give it a try and just took all the top 5 home. I think dried strawberries, dried okra and dried cheese are must-buys! The dried strawberries are one large piece whole and they don’t taste sweet. There should be no extra sugar added. Dried okra is surprising because after Freeze drying, the sticky texture is still there, which is super interesting. There are six kinds of fruits in the dried cheese. The clerk said that this one has no extra sugar and tastes slightly sweet and slightly sour. It can be used as a snack for children. Finally, the clerk also gave me a box of salted egg yolk flavored crunchy snacks, which were also very good.
