New release songs are available. Most of them with correct lyrics. They are very strict on time, late also won’t give more minutes. 3 minutes before the session, can’t click to the next song. Can bring in your own food and drinks. Small KTV rooms. The atmospheres is great. Poor services.

Love their new systems which can be linked to YouTube, overall sound is much better too but somehow the mic sound is a disappointment. Hope they can improve this in future. Thank you, Teoheng, for being my fav haunt, thumbs up.

Location is very convenient. The room is clean and you can bring your own food and drinks to enjoy while singing away. Unfortunately the room 20 which we were assigned that day, the TV was not in a good condition. Some parts of the TV screen was showing negative image. Still able to sing though. Did not experience this in their other outlets

Best teo heng out of all teo heng outlets in singapore. And trust me i have been to many.

System locked about 3-5mins before time is up. No extension given if late. Small room feels okay for 2pax. 3pax may feel claustrophobic. Main reason I will recommend this place is value for money without installing the system at your own home.

This review is for the management. Special shout out to staff Josephine of Centrepoint branch. A group of 7 of us walked in at 10pm but there were no slots. Josephine told us to come back at 11pm which was one hour later so we decided to check out other places. When we reached the first floor and was about to step out of the mall, we heard someone shouting for us. It was Josephine who had chased us 5 stories down to tell us, breathless, that a slot just opened up for us. Kudos to Josephine’s dedication in securing customers. Any boss who employs her is in good hands.
