Reviews of The Landing Point
🟧 The Landing Point ( lobby lounge)
🔷️ Fullerton Bay Hotel, 80 Collyer Quay,
Singapore 049326
🟧 I had revisited this bar lounge a few times over the years. ● Nestled within the sophisticated surrounds of The Fullerton Bay Hotel, The Landing Point exudes timeless elegance with every detail.
🟦 The decor is exquisite. This lounge bar stretches along a beautiful promenade with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of Marina Bay.
🟤 Indoors, it’s all plush & luxurious furnishings, marble flooring, earthy hues and gold accents—a seamless blend of colonial grandeur & modern refinement.
❇️ The service was polished and attentive. The wait staff were gracious, well-trained, and discreet.
🟨 Food & Drinks : The recent day-tea I had was well brewed —delicate tasting & aromatic. 🟫 The tea I had previously in the night was served in elegant fine China pots, ideal for slow sipping &long conversations.
🟤 I also had a slice of chocolate cake recently, which was a lovely sweet treat for a tranquil afternoon. 🟠 Whether for tea, coffee and pastries, or for a moment to take in the city skyline, I feel that this elegant and beautiful hotel lounge offers a memorable experience.
🟦 Access = ➡️ Alight at Raffles Place MRT Station and Fullerton Bay Hotel is just a short walk away.
Has the expressions afternoon tea set menu.
Can choose only one cup of coffee or tea which is a little disappointing considering we paying $60 per pax.
Ambience is very good with piano playing intermittently. Food selection is pretty impressive although we find the sweet selections a tad too sweet for our liking.
Complimentary parking is icing on the cake.
Come here for the experience but don’t expect too much on the food then you will leave impressed.
Loved the afternoon Tea and their service was immaculate. Love the ambiance and definitely the view of MBS.
I went for the high tea on a Saturday afternoon with my bridesmaids to celebrate my engagement (I had mentioned this in my booking). Most other high teas I have attended take note of the occasion (if any) and provide a little something extra - not the case for this high tea. service was a little slow and they seem somewhat understaffed. the food options from the high tea menu were average; nothing in particular stood out. tl;dr - this would probably be a one and done experience for the atmosphere and bay views, but not much else.
The best high Tea that I had so far. Been here many many times but the last visit I realized the drinks are no longer free flow which is normal else where but wished they continued the practice of refilling savories and drinks. Nevertheless the best place to chill in the afternoon with your friends and loved ones. They keep updating their menu so do check either website and you get complimentary cake for celebrations! If you have any special dietary needs, do inform during reservation and they will customise something :)
Chefs did a really good job with the high tea in terms of presentation and variety and I cannot fault them, but service really left much to be desired. Right from the beginning, there was no getting back to me if we could do an extra high-tea set without reservation (we would have accepted a no of course, but at least give us a reply). Was also very hard to get wait staff’s attention- one of the male waiters just never bothered to bring us the mayonaise we requested for our fries (which looked sadder than usual when I used to dine there). Area near landing point also had a weird smell, very obvious especially when you compare it with the ‘normal’ fullerton bay scent on your way to the restroom. I went to get the check myself at e end of the session because I knew getting their attention could be at least a 5mins affair.
Had a great experience for high tea thanks to the great bunch of staffs. Guests were super well taken care of. Thanks team!
Went there for high tea with our overseas guests. One of them could not handle spicy food and the staff were very accommodating by making arrangements for their food to be placed on the higher tier.
The set was a delicate mix of sweet and savory morsels of yummy delights. I enjoyed the mix of local flavors and the eye catching pop of colours.
The only set back was that we were missing an item but the chef made it to us by making double of what was missing. We appreciated the gesture and their hospitality.
The ambience and view of MBS was great! The upcycled soda bottle Christmas tree was a creative piece that added to our experience too.
We'll be coming back here again!
Not bad, high tea set @ sgd60 per pax. But seems under staffed for now. Good service but still not attentive enough though overall can be rated good. It says that smart casual dressed code but can be seen it's not compulsory. Also, it's located at open area, if it's for a chatty gathering , can be a bit too noisy if u expecting a quieter area
We enjoyed the free-flow wide selection of tea and coffee. The scones were also really nice. The staffs were friendly and attentive. We also received some discounts from participating credit card. The view behind was really nice (Marina Bay and MBS). We informed the staffs that we came to celebrate a friend’s birthday and they provided a small Birthday cake for our friend! Later in the evening, we had some drinks during happy hours. Wide selection of red and white wine, cocktail, and beer at a decent price (around $11 each). We were attended by Daniel, who was really polite and attentive. Highly recommended!
A great afternoon spent with one of the best sg view and awesome attentive service accompanied with this pretty high tea set. Felt so welcomed and pampered by the staffs there which they even prepared a photo card and cake for the birthday girl. Definitely would love to be back again.
this is one of not many restaurants with High Tea till 6pm. this month is Winston Garden theme partnered with Harry Winston, and comes with free memento: a pair of limited-edition teaspoons!
the savoury and coffee/tea are refillable (but not the sweets).😋
a nice restaurant with good food and great view! service level can be improved with clearer explanation on food/drinks ordering process.
for info, the very near carpark is at OUE Bayfront and to park near Lift Lobby B.😉
Top notch service - warm and hospitality. Some things took a quite a while to be done but the waitresses did not forgot my requests. The ambience was classy and nice.
I like that they allow unlimited serving of coffee and TWG Tea, hot or cold. Even though Earl Grey was not listed on the menu, they staff got one for me. The scones and savoury items could be replenished but not the sweet food. It is okay for me. The rating for food wise is only average.
Professional service, exquisite chinaware, quite environment, high ceiling and comfortable seating makes me fell in love with it. We are lucky to get such a great seat with awesome view. The free flow savoury pieces and non alcoholic beverages makes the high tea even money worth! Will get more reason to come back 😄
A scenic and beautiful place for a good hi-tea with friends. Love the cosy ambience. TWG teas are served here. Food quality is good and unique. My most impressed dessert is their Pana Cotta. Been traveling around Singapore to find an authentic Italian pana cotta and finally I got it here. Overall the food and services is good, only some staff got our tea ordered mixed up when they got busy. High tea is served from 3pm to 5.30pm.
The reason we choose to dine here was the view. You can sit back and enjoy their Expressions Afternoon Tea while taking in a panoramic sweep of Marina Bay’s waterfront. Located in Fullerton Bay Hotel, we had the chance to be seated with an unblocked view of Marina Bay Sands. What makes it more enjoyable was the impeccable service from the crews.
Address - 80 Collyer Quay, Singapore 049326
Ambiance/Facilities - nice ambience
Highlights - The panaromic view of Matina Bay
Avg. Price per Person - SGD65 per pax
Rating - 5 stars
Bad Service. Waited 45 mins for them to serve my hightea. Came at 4pm, was later served at 445pm. Disappointed. My friends came from Oman and wasn’t pleased with the service. Moreover, food was mediocre, maybe it doesnt click with our taste buds as we have tried a lot of high tea and fine dining restaurants. Overall it was 3/5. 3 pax we paid $267. I dont have issue with the price as long as the service and food tiptop, anw this is my honest review and will not come again. Hope yall can improve. Thanks.
Wonderful high tea on a special couple occasion 🥰
Nice ambient, with friendly greetings from the hotel staff when my family and i arrived and got seated. Nice savoury and sweet/desserts varieties for children and adults. If you have children, just beware that there might be some rum/alcohol for 1 of the dessert ;)
Nice afternoon tea. Ambience is pretty nice, service was lackluster - Took 25 minutes for someone to take my drink order and I had to ask for things multiple times. They also served me the wrong tea. However, it was still a nice afternoon and food was great. I would recommend and return.
Food portion / Price & Service: You get what you pay for - great views of the Bay, very fresh ambience and nicely scented, and great service.
Crowd: Make reservation in advance, we managed to walk in just for couple of drinks on weekday afternoon, but could see tables with reservations for high tea.
I absolutely love The Landing Point Restaurant. I really loved the food, live music and afternoon tea. It was beautiful and very serene.
Arrived at 1205, our set only came at 1240 after speaking with staff. No communication only set us down and took out drink order
Scones was a huge disappointment so doughy and starchy.
I liked the savoury better than the desserts~ nothing much to wow about.
Service was horrible with only 3-4 staff flying from one end to another.
Not worth the price paid
Savoury food was delicious! On the buffet table, there was breaded salmon and truffle chicken pie.. As I do not have a sweet tooth, I found the desserts too sweet for me. Love the free flow drinks, tea and ice chocolate, ice mocha were better than expected! However, one thing to really improve may be the service. To show service and my refill of the tea didn't come.
Had the daily afternoon high tea and given a table at the corner with a missing chair. Was then told that bay view tables were all reserved one month prior. Food and service was okay though its $60/pax.
Tad disappointing
Had a great high tra experience in The Landing Point! Ambiance is awesome! Right in front of water with a great view of MBS. Staff is so friendly and highly professional, always at your service and explains things you eat, and do their best to get a seat with a great view for everyone. We went for my husband’s birth, they asked to get a photo of us, and unexpectedly when the time to leave they printed it and gave as a birthday wishing card. Going an extra mile to male customer comfortable. Needless to say food was awesome, they refill tea and savoury items as much as you want. Definitely will be going again
One of the best hi tea places you can get in SG. The hi tea selection never fails to delight anyone. price is reasonable. Ask staff for any credit card promotion.
Great place to have high tea! It is very relaxing to eat and enjoy the scenery of MBS and Singapore River. The presentation of the items is very pretty. For food, I prefer the savoury ones to the sweet ones as some of them are too sweet. Their scones are nice.
Do not recommend High tea , savory not good and sweet was too sweet. Tea was good but cocktail that came with was not good. Ordered a la carte the haianese chicken rice and satay and those were much better than the high tea. Seating was okay , ambience of hotel is nice but overall meal and service not worth the price.
Had their weekend high-tea. Loved the International Women's Day theme. The sweet desserts weren't very sweet which was good for me. Loved their refillable savoury stuff.
The tables were spaced out well so we all had our own privacy.
Absolutely an amazing high tea. A favourite place to have a tea or coffee with a beautiful variations of pastries & cakes. Good selection of teas available. The scones are my favourite! Friendly & approachable staffs!
Just had afternoon frappes here which were really good. Excellent view from our table by the glass wall facing the bay. Very chill for chitchatting friends so it can get a bit noisy. It's quite full over the weekends.
Tried their high tea. Selection wasn’t great. The festive high tea selection was meh. Didn’t feel that it was worth the $55 (before GST and service charge). The saving grace was their TWG tea which is free flow.
I came here during Chinese New Year and paid around 70 sgd per pax for High Tea Buffet. The food selection is pretty limited, hits and misses here and there. The selling point of this place is the ambience (with a good view of Marina Bay area) which is perfect for a hearty chat with friends. Customer service is pretty good.
Number 10 (Gin, house-made infused cherry bourbon, absinthe liqueur, orange bitters, lime, sugarcane syrup, brown sugar) ($26) - Strong but medicine-like taste. Came with scallop and caviar hors d'oeuvre. Good view of MBS and Marina Bay.
It’s not cheap. $60++
But the place is nice and the tea is fragrant and the food is nice. Would go again on special occasion. Friendly but not very fast service.
Undoubtedly fabulous ambience. Quiet place for catchup with friends and a pianist who came in to play for a bit.
Food was average and service could be more attentive.
We booked for a table by the window. Enjoy their afternoon tea with free flow of 2nd tier and coffee & tea.
This place can be packed on weekdays too for afternoon tea. However, the quality of savoury options are below par. Either too salty, bread rather soggy and sweet can be cloyingly sweet.
Scones n potato bites free flow for afternoon tea package.
Will I come back? Unfortunately, not at all.
Their Christmas high tea was wonderful. They also had savory choices.
Do not forget to make a reservation especially festive season.
My family and I went for high tea on 28 July around 3pm and was served by a friendly female staff. Pardon if I spell her name wrongly, but I think her name was Lotha. She provided great service and understanding towards our grandmother, who is much older and took more time to move about. We appreciated that greatly.
It is a waste that such a beautiful place is so mediocre. I am very surprised myself that it turned out like that. The music to my horror is so loud and the waitress even said it is normal and could be louder. We were basically shouting to each other instead of talking normally. The food was beautiful, but does one need that much sweets? While the savoury is portion is dissatisfying. You get a bite of everything, period. No ordering again. You get ONE tea or coffee too…I think their rationale is to reduce waste which I could somewhat agree, perhaps tweak your approach to lessen the sweet or allow people to choose?
I’m disappointed that even when there were no choice to everything we waited very long to be served. Never going there again.
The scenery was nice although the high chairs were not that comfortable. Food choice wise, there were more sweets than savoury things. Service was excellent - staffs were friendly and attentive.
True 5-stars dinning experiences. Need to book the table on weekend.
The high tea set was great. Balanced between sweet and savoury. Would visit again.
Came for the East meets West high tea and had a wonderful time! The savouries were delicious and refillable, with free flow hot drinks as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill place to unwind with a great view.
High tea.. unlimited savory is definitely worth it.
This is a pretty restaurant with lovely views. The food was a bit hit or miss which is not the best when paying so much money - note this is incredibly expensive for high tea compared to others we have had in SG. The service was actually the biggest let down. The time it took to even just get a glass of water was mind blowing. The bill was wrong, the teas took ages, food took ages and the lounge style seats at a low coffee table was really uncomfortable.
Very nice view overlooking Singapore River and MBS. The sweet desserts are not too sweet. The savoury bites are also nice- Augus Beef, Smoked Salmon, Smoke Duck.
The TWG tea that comes with the High Tea set completes the dining experience with class.
Nice environment. Really nice environment.
Sat at the high table with high chair, with a nice view of Marina Bay.
Food wise was OK, the sweets are really sweet. Didn’t really enjoy the food.
Will be back for Ala Carte next time. High tea isn’t suitable for me.
Perfect ambience with an amazing view! High tea selection were great and delicious. Staffs were attentive and friendly too, glad we chose this place to celebrate a birthday. Thanks for the souvenir and awesome service :-)
It's not cheap as a high tea place and while the Fullerton Bay location is lovely, this is located in the hallway area so it feels kind of in the middle, unless you have the seats near the windows downstairs. The staff on the phone were a bit painful to deal with, couldn't find my booking and kept putting me on hold and routing me around to other staff. But the staff on the day were all lovely and we had a great time. The food is good and there is free flow tea.
The afternoon tea experience at The Landing Point is consistent every time I am here. Food was lovely and service was attentive. The service personnel were great especially Phi who exudes attentiveness and warmth in his service. Thank you for a nice experience again!!
The Landing Point was an amazing place to dine! Me and my Fiancé had our 1st Anniversary there for afternoon tea, they served us a complimentary rainbow cake as well! The service there is top notch!! And they even have a mini buffet during Afternoon Tea! We was served by a young chinese lady who was very helpful, informative and provided us with superb service! Highly recommended!!
One of the best places in Singapore for Cocktail.
Great location and setting. Expensive starf are friendly but overpriced. Its luxury, but we had some truffle fries at S$23. They came in a bowl, cold and without anything, had to ask for ketchup and mayo - so even colder by the time we tucked in. Also had the veg, flatbread and guacamole. Was nice and guacamole was home made. Flat bread seemed a bit stale and served cold. If you want to charge these prices I would expect it to be done well. Those 2 items, a standard gin and tonic and a mojito and it's over S$100. Drinks were good - the 2 snacks let it down
It was hot and steamy outside but there was a wonderful array of tiny cakes and sandwiches presented beautifully in spacious cool suroundings at the Fullerton Bay hotel. And an everlasting stream of delicate tea poured by smiling staff. An oasis in the Singapore heat.
Nice ambience, food is quite alright. They are under staff so its kind of difficult to get assistance. Therefore, overall feel for their service level is not up to expectations.
Lovely atmosphere and service, food could have been a little tastier.
Come here for the TWG tea - it taste so good!
It's has quiet and nice ambience surrounding. Staff are very friendly too
Always room for improvements. Could be more proactive in filling up the high tea trays...a little advise on the drinks menu would have helped.
Good service and nice food
Went there for high tea a few weeks ago. Great tea service and selection of savoury and sweet options.
Weekend Afternoon tea buffet
Afternoon tea requires credit card authorization to book. The scenery is great, but the food is average. It’s nice to take photos and chat.
I went to afternoon tea ($68++)
The atmosphere is great. The service was also great, and when I forgot my folding umbrella, they called me and said, "You forgot your umbrella."
The meal itself feels like this.
It seems that they will not refill the tea, so please be careful about pacing yourself.
3 tiers of scones, side dishes, and sweets. You can refill the scones and side dishes as much as you like, and they come to your table frequently to keep you full. You can order from your smartphone with a wide selection of tea and coffee.
The atmosphere overlooking the Marina Bay area is also wonderful. Recommended for sightseeing in Singapore.
As a popular afternoon tea destination, the space, service, and taste were all as good as expected. For drinks, you can choose coffee or TWG tea, all food is refillable, and you can also get scones or spring rolls from the small salad bar. Some of the sandwich types use spices that we don't usually eat, so I think people may have different opinions, but personally, I thought it had a high-quality taste and enjoyed it very much. Having a leisurely tea time with Marina Bay and pretty desserts in front of me made me feel like I had succeeded in the world, and I think it was worth more than 50 Singapore dollars (weekdays).
Good service ~ great environment ~ great cocktails ~
We had afternoon tea while watching the Bay Sands on the opposite bank. I was happy that the staff were all so kind and polite.
It was my third time in Singapore. Afternoon tea each time at Goodwood Park Hotel and Raffles Hotel. The Landing Point at Fullerton Bay Hotel was great! ! Location perfect. Marina Bay Sands Hotel right in front of you! They not only give you a tray, but also serve you multiple times, and you can have as many drinks as you want, whether it's tea or coffee. Moreover, you can change the type of tee. How many sandwiches did you get? I was super satisfied.
The price is outrageous and the taste is really not there. Not much service...just a good atmosphere. I definitely don't want to recommend it.
