Went to IGravity (Yishun Branch) for the second time after so long to do for my scalp treatment and haircut! Such a splendid experience & Valerie is the staff that do for my scalp treatment & haircut! She is very helpful & friendly ! Thank you very much! Will definitely come again!!! 😄😄

My first time to 1Gravity to do keratin treatment. My hair stylist was Alan he's young but professional. They do promote their services but quite respectfully. Even after i rejected few times their offer, Alan still did his job well. Took up their package in the end. Thanks!

Good customer service! Have been coming here on regular for more than a month! Have been doing scalp treatment regularly and rectory did the kgloss treatment. They also provide good feedback and advise on how to maintain your hair!

Been a member since December 2021 till today. In this 3years of being a member, this is by far my favourite and go-to-saloon when it comes to pampering my hair. Hairstylist Tharesa, has been the best one when it comes to my hair as she knows what’s the best for my hair type. Definitely didn’t upsell anything, she respects my decision when it comes to purchasing or anything regarding my hair.

my hair wasn't an easy feat, so the hairdresser must be experienced enough to manage it. I did a rebonding, but it didn't turn out well. in fact, the hair was quite fizzy, worse than before. The salon manager, Theresa took over and give another shot of the rebonding. Unfortunately after my first wash, which is 3 days later, my hair was still fizzy and dry. I went back to look for Theresa again. She did a keratin treatment for me without additional charge to salvage my fizzy and dry hair. Thank you Theresa for taking the extra effort to try your best to ensure customers are happy with the outcome of our hair.

Thank you Theresa my hair stylist for doing my perm. I am a regular customer and I normally will straighten my hair . I do dye my hair and treatments too. Theresa said I will look better with a perm. So I gladly tried the first time the perm was weak because of my straightening hair. Theresa never give up she reperm my hair of course I did my hair treatment too. So my curl turned out to be gorgeous .

The staffs there are nice and helpful. Would like to thank both Theresa and Everett. Theresa was very helpful to suggest the colour suitable for me when I showed her a few options I’m considering . Everett was very patient and detailed when he knows I’ve got sensitive skin, as my hair requires bleaching and colour. And his able to mix the colour I wanted.

I'm 3year+ customer,The Everett professional technique of yishun North point is the best one ,I have done so many hairs. Many hair salons dare not perm my hair, saying that I have done K gloss, keratin, etc. If it is permed, it will be damaged. Finally he did it for me, thanks to him,Ah bi do hair treatment for me so relaxing and carefully,Theresa the customer service is also very good and I don’t feel pressured,I look forward to going back, hope to keep going,I seldom write reviews, they deserve me to give review.

Hi here to share my experince at the northpoint branch. Had an amazing time and enjoyed my services I took services through fb promotions. So the team there very nicely showed me my scalp through scanner which was very dry n greasy so the girl there suggested me to go for scalp treatment. I also got my hair dye hair cut and scalp treatment along with Korean perm. The guy name Even did my services n I must say he is very good. Very polite very friendly. I love my over all experince. Super good 👌 definitely gonna go for more services there in future. Good job done by northpoint 1gravity thank you I am so happy 💜💜💜
