I had a great experience with the 7am! From the moment I sat down, Kim made me feel completely at ease with her genuine and friendly demeanor. She listened carefully to my preferences and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted but also what was healthy for my hair. Kim recommended an acid treatment that helped tame my natural curls and frizz without harsh chemicals. She was open to feedback throughout the process and ensured that I was completely happy with the results. :)

Had a very pleasant experience at 7am today. Went there with the intention to do timeless smoothening however after a strand test, my stylist Kim advised me that my hair is not suitable for it and recommended nexus smoothening for my hair type. Kim was very knowledgeable, meticulous and was very friendly. She made sure I felt at ease and provided wonderful service. Highly recommend for anyone who has frizzy and unmanageable hair.

Love the cozy ambience that the salon has & how everyone working there takes note of the small details to make customers feel happy and at ease 🌞 Fiona was very detailed in her explanation on the treatment that is more ideal for my hair type (frizzy & dry), and recommended the Timeless Smoothening Treatment. She mentioned that the treatment would take at least 2.5 hours (I reached at 645pm and the salon closes at 830pm) but she offered to stay a little longer to help 🥹 My hair definitely feels and looks healthy after the treatment, as compared to previously (before & after reference attached) Thank you Fiona & team for the wonderful time & service! Did a perm with Fiona and really enjoyed my experience. Fiona took the time to explain each step of the process. She was very detailed and honest in explaining the type of curls we would be able to achieve. The salon was very airy and had a pleasant atmosphere as well. Would definitely come back again!

I booked in to try their Timeless Treatment which I discovered on social media. Their customer service was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process. At the salon I was attended to by Julian, who took time to explain what to expect from the treatment and the entire process, step-by-step. I also booked a cut at the same time, and Julian shaped my perm which was growing out and felt very heavy. I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review as I wanted to assess the results of the treatment and I'm happy to say that my hair looks and feels revived. It was very frizzy with lots of flyaways after my last perm. After the treatment at 7am, the frizz and flyaways have been dramatically reduced, and my hair feels much softer and more manageable now. Prior to this, I had been using deep conditioning masks, but those didn't give me the stellar results of the treatment. Julian's skilful cut also restored bounce and movement to my perm, and my hair is now growing out in a very nice shape. I'm very happy I discovered 7am and would not hesitate to recommend!

Trusted Zenn many years for her expertise in cutting my hair with natural waves. This is her own place that has clean and zen vibes. No hard selling, pushy techniques or noisy environment but expect top standards from very experienced stylist who listens to customer needs and advise in a cosy environment where one can just relax. I have been going to 7am regularly for colouring my hair and hair treatment. My stylist, Kin, has a good eye for colour and recommended me for a hair colour that is suitable for me, which i have been complimented by my friends. He is friendly, patient and never do any hardselling. The hair treatment also worked really well as i can feel my dry hair became much smoother and healthier.

Fiona was awesome! Great service, and great honesty (I couldn’t get a perm because of my hair condition so we did a colour, treatment and cut instead)! Love the nudge to try something new. Super cute space, very convenient and surrounded by interesting cafés/stores. My session took around 4 hours. Very enjoyable, but a tiny bit on the pricey side despite the ongoing promotion (which makes their Timeless Treatment totally worth it!).

First time doing my hair at 7am! Had a great experience👍🏻. Went there for a perm and when Wind first examined my hair, he gave his honest advice as I have some bleached part at my hair ends and that perming will damage it. But he made the perm possible in the end with his best knowledge, and with some hair treatment to protect it! Prior to my appointment, they have been very responsive and friendly. Would def recommend my friends over! 🙌🏻

I have pin straight hair and wanted a perm for a change and it turned out so cute?! It’s hard to manage but when I do it looks super! I can style it across a couple days and it will go from curly messy to wavy cute! og hair is with the flowers (my new bangs situation is soooo CUTEEE thoo I never need to style my bangs ever) I would say it’s a 10/10 vibe and result it was the messy curls I wanted and my hair is constantly poofy.

Had amazing experience with hair stylist “Wind”. It was my first time visiting and throughout my 3.5 hours at salon, had a great time. Wind was meticulous and gentle. I could see he really put out all his effort to make my hair better! He first examined my hair condition, recent styles/treatments done to check if I will get the ideal result from “Timeless Treatment & Timeless smoothening”. After consulting I’ve decided to do both together to get most out of Tokyo Inkarami product. Absolutely love the result and it’s going to save up so much of my time in busy morning since it’s easy to maintain. Shame that I can’t upload video here but do check out in IG account. Attached is end result photo. Texture is really unreal - silky and not fizzy at all. Certainly different from other soft rebonding and treatment I’ve gotten before. Wind’s hair massage was very good too. Definitely another level. Loved the cozy setting of the salon (some photos attached) I’ve also bought heat protectant to try out too. Thanks again Wind, will definitely come back.

Woke up with an empty schedule for once and was looking to refresh my hair as it was starting to get unruly and frizzy from the high humidity of recent days. The team made sure to slot me in even though pre-bookings are recommended and got myself a smoothening treatment and trim after getting thoroughly advised by Kim. Hair stylist Dio did a timeless smoothening and timeless treatment for my hair about 1.5 weeks ago and I've got to say, although the effect is definitely not the same as immediately after it's done (could be my own hair problem or the way I'm caring for it), I'm still quite pleased with the results overall! Frizz is much controlled and hair is straighter so making it look much neater too. People around commented how my hair looked much healthier after these 2 procedures too. I'd recommend if you have been thinking how to "anti-frizz" your hair. Before, after and last pic is a 4-days-after photo (not sitting straight thus the curve and looks better irl than photo)

Great experience here at 7am! Initially came in for the smoothening service, but was advised by Wind that it wouldn't be suitable for my hair that's gone through rebonding, keratin, and dyeing. Think he could tell I came ready to do something to my hair, so he asked if I would want to dye my hair instead - which I did have in mind for the longest time, cause I hated my previous dye job! I requested for an ash brown but not too light and he pulled through with a dark ash so it will last longer, since it will fade. Love the results! A subtle and natural color, with the ash replacing brassy tone. Would recommend!

Decided to go for their salon yo try out their services after seeing great reviews. Approached them with the intention to do a perm, Fiona did a strand test to determine if my hair is suitable, but advised me against it as it was too dry and the perm will not last/work for me. Went with the Timeless Treatment 2.0 and I can really see a huge difference between the before and after. Fiona is very informative and helpful, and she doesn’t hesitate to share any information with you as long as it is beneficial to your hair. It was my first and definitely will not be the last time gg there. Fiona was meticulous and had an eye for detail. I wanted a bob but am not sure which style would suit me. She did her magic and manage to turn my fine hair to look voluminous with skilled layering. I’ve cut bob before but not many knows how to cut it with skill. A bob which does not require you to put in so much effort to style. I entrusted bob haircut to only 1 person previously and now, she is definitely one of my fave. I only wanted a simple haircut in preparation of my delivery and confinement and Kin gives good advice on a suitable hair length/style so that I can maintain my hair easily during confinement (given Sg hot weather and inability to wash hair daily) and still look good! Sometimes the simplest thing is the most difficult thing to achieve but Kin delivers. Happy customer and will return!

Went to 7Am for the first time, and got the Korean wave perms for the very first time. My hair stylist Kim was amazing, she patiently explained the entire process with me and even did a hair sample text before we started to make sure my hair can take the chemicals. My stylist, Wind, is super attentive and knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand what procedures I have done to my hair before recommending what is best for me. Tried the timeless treatment a month ago and was absolutely pleased with the results. Just had my hair done by Wind and would definitely recommend both him and the salon to anyone looking to do anything with their hair from a simple trim to perms 😊 About Wind - he was very patient with me and gave me his opinion on my hair, balanced his recommendations vs what I wanted well and explained what we could achieve. I had a treatment + perm done and really liked what he did. He also suggested doing a longer curtain bang as i always liked the look but it wasnt the best for my field of work - really appreciate the consideration! He explained each step as we went along and gave me tips on styling. Would definitely be seeing him again for my hair in the future! About the salon - it was conveniently close go the train station, everyone was friendly and the space was clean and relaxing. No jarring bright lights or strong chemical fumes. There were many other clients that came in while I was there and many of them sounded like returning clients, had friendly conversations with the stylists and everyone seemed to be happy with what they got. Their 5 star reviews, ads for damage free perms and treatments and 7am-ready-hair got me to try out their salon but their service and my experience will keep me coming back 😊 thank you again Wind!

Had a pleasant experience at this hair salon :) wanted to try the smoothening treatment & Wind was my hairstylist but he did a test on my hair and found that it was unsuitable for the smoothening treatment. He did not try to hard sell any other treatments to me until I mentioned that I wanted to fix my damaged hair. So I tried the timeless treatment instead. Throughout the process, Wind explained each step in detail and even helped to check my scalp condition at the end of the session! I tried their Tokio hair treatment, and was surprised by the number of steps and thoughtfulness given at each and every step by the stylist Fiona. This is my second time having the Tokio treatment with Fiona and my hair is super shiny, smooth, soft and luscious looking! I am a paying customer, and am writing here because I genuinely like the results and the quality given at 7am. I tried many treatments before, milbon, Korean gloss, keratase fusio, hair Botox, though I know these treatments serve different purposes, but at least for my hair none as effective as the Tokio from 7am in terms of longevity of soft and shiny hair. I think perhaps it’s the meticulous steps from Fiona, always ensuring that I am comfortable; that I understand each step. I also did the scalp treatment, and scalp is feeling super refreshed! And the previous itchiness gone. Please keep up the quality and great work! Looking forward to my next visit in May! Cheers!

Great experience with 7am and Dio! I had a bad bleaching experience with another shop and decided to go to 7am to see what can be fixed. Dio was great at listening and making suggestions. Have been going to Zenn got my haircut for close to 10 years now. Zenn is extremely professional and offers constructive advice on the hairstyle I am trying to achieve. Zenn also keeps herself updated with the latest trends and recommends products that are useful to your hair/scalp condition. Do try out the treatment coz it’s AMAZING! 7am salon exhibits a different kind of vibes from the usual salon. More like a place where friends bond, relax and catch up. All the deco, furniture and designed/purchased with the customer in mind. I always look forward to my monthly hair appointment!
