Extreme disappointment and distressed caused by consultation Michell during my facial visit on 26 July 2024. 1) Main goal is package, didnt bother about customer feelings 2) Pushes the blame to previous consultant. After the treatment, Michell repeatedly pressured me to sign up for a new package, claiming I could convert my existing package. However, when I inquired about converting my Guasha package, she shockingly told me I didn't have one, despite my clear recollection of purchasing and utilizing it multiple times. Michell insist that I didn't have Gusha package and refused to acknowledge my concerns. She even brought in a therapist to convince me that my package was not Guasha, which was humiliating and distressing. Michell even told me it must be the previous consultant miscommunicated with me that my package is Guasha. I almost fell off my chair. The previous consultant is Carson and very professional. It's really not right to push the blame to previous consultant. It was only when I demonstrated the Guasha treatment, that the therapist acknowledged my claims. Michell then discovered she had looked at the wrong profile, but failed to apologize and continued to push for a new package sale as if nothimg has happened. I told her I'm not in a mood to talk as I was feeling distressed, and she could tell me it was just a small matter as she only looked at the wrong profile. I was left feeling traumatized, disrespected, and unheard. Michell's aggressive sales tactics and refusal to acknowledge her mistake made me feel trapped and forced me to lie about returning to sign up for this new package just to escape the situation. She followed me to the door and keep on trying to convince me till I'm so frustrated and told her firmly: "Will you let me go now!" Then she replied: " of cos I will let you go, but make sure you come back tomorrow to sign the package". I need to compliment Bioskin for calling me immediately after I sent this feedback via WhatsApp. I want to compliment the therapist Alvee too, she is great. Overall, I have always had good experiences with Bioskin except with consultant Michell. I'm very interested in the 7 in 1 facial treatment i received yesterday and I'm thinking of signing up but after this incident, i will not signed up with Michell. I gave 3 stars, cos the 2 stars has been taken away by Michell.

I came across their ad on ig and decided to try it out - luminous facial. Did not disappoint!! The whole session took about 2hrs including consultation. Mishell was very informative and welcoming during the consulting session. Albee was the one doing my facial and she explained everythimg very well. They were all very kind and there was no pushing to buy any package which I appreciated🤗

But need to improve the process for registration and after treatment, the staff not even bother to show me the documents but only ask for signature and should verify my ID Infront of me instead of diverted me to the room without return my ID.

Great place to massage. Kelly was the one giving me the massage. Comfortable and will always ask if her strength was okay. Extra points for her when I mention my back area was very stiff, and she helps to massage longer in that area. There's no hard selling too. Would definitely recommend.

This is the best place if you r looking for an affordable yet quality facial treatments. My favorite is theor purifying treatment. After 1 time trying, I ended up purchasing the package.
