Bought facial treatment through Fave promo very worth it and came back with return voucher. I am very satisfied with facial treatments by Carol. She is very professional and explain every next step and what she is applying or doing. She also shared self care tips for me to take note on how to take care my skin. She recommended different treatment to me based on my skin issues. She is not pushy when coming to selling stuff and I add on on what's recommended during my first treatment. Overall it is a good experience, very clean and felt great with the light massage.

would like to take time to express my gratitude to Li Xin for the amazing eyebrow shaping service! she went the extra mile to ensure that i could consult my friends as i was unsure if my brows were okay after the shaping and was patient to guide me along how was the procedure done while reassuring me that it would be good! Had a great time at Coslab @ Bukit Panjang Plaza. Came for a 1.5 hour facial and was attended by Carol. She is very nice & friendly. She was really good with the procedure as well as the recommendations. Used a Fave voucher. Glad that they were not pushy trying to hard-sell their packages.

I went for 1st trial facial premium treatment - Guasa. I was served by Ah Ping, her Guasa and Zi Ya skills were fabulous. I felt very refreshing after the facial and the massage on the shoulder gave me a good sleep.

I have done my facial with Coslab Bukit Panjang more than 10 years. Encountered people who has freckles and pigmentation do the facial in Coslab. The latest equipment sharp light really can remove the freckles and pigmentation , after used, the face can immediately shown radiance and fair even without make up, it is so natural. I have improved a lot my skin after regular facial in coslab. My freckles and pigmentation are really gone. My facial always done by Yee Shuen, she is so gentle and knowledgeable about what type of skin can suitable of what type of package. Highly recommend to give a try coslab who has pigmentation and freckles issues.
