I wish to share about my experience with DONN Beauty Artistry as I feel she deserves more good reviews!! I visited Donn after being recommended by my friend and I am very pleased with the facial experience. Donn is a very cheerful, friendly, meticulous, thoughtful beautician who is very passionate in solving her customer’s skin problems and ensure visible results. She is very patient and knowledgeable as she is explaining to me the causes of my skin woes and provides information to improve my skin condition. I am very impressed with her extraction skill as the pain is acceptable and mild as compared to my experience with other facial beautician. I can see significant results after 2-3 sessions! I can honestly say that my skin is really not easy to deal with as I am someone with problem skin (oily and sensitive) and had went for facial at other places without much signs of skin improvement shown. My skin was in a terrible condition when I went for my first session (I have to see Donn for WEEKLY facial to clear my clogged pores and balance my skin PH…that’s how serious it is), it was very oily and sensitive… But now, my sensitivity has reduced and my skin had become less oily thanks to her effective product and treatment recommendation 👍🏻👍🏻 What I like about her is also because she is not pushy and does not hard-sell her products and services. Highly recommended!!

Have been doing my facial here with Don and Sharon. They will recommend the right type of facial suitable to improve your skin and no hard selling in most salon! Especially love the eye gua sha - feel a release of tension around eyes after each session!

I started my acne treatments at donn beauty since 2020 and I was never disappointed with their services! Their staffs are nice, engaging and definitely not pushy for packages or more expensive treatments. I always enjoyed my time there. Not to mention their services are effective!!! I’ve seen visible improvements in any back or face concerns that i have. For my back, there is hardly any pimples anym. I’ve had this problem since I was 13 and im so glad i tried donn beauty’s services!!! They have a wide array of treatments but I mainly go to them for their facial and backacne treatments. Love their MPL & Oxygen facial 🥳 Do try them out!!

Was introduced to this gem which is hidden in an unassuming neighborhood a few years back by a friend who tried their service 😁 Really glad that I gave this shop a try because not only was the service 💯 & of high standard, the products were value for money & of good quality! The staff are all very thorough with the skin cleansing, and customise each treatment session to your skin condition at that point of time. They are also really friendly and there is no hard selling - making it a truly pleasant experience 👍🏻 Highly recommend this hidden gem which offers exceptional service and affordable, quality products ✨

Donn is a very knowledgeable and friendly beautician who always ensures sure her customers are comfortable and know what is the next step to better their troubled skin. I highly recommend Donn to anybody who has issues with their skin because she is definitely able to produce results.

Very patience and trustable beautician. Have serious oily skin problem and I can see the result after one treatment. Donn and her colleague are very experience. They will explain the issue in detail. Price are reasonable and skills are great. After the first visit to the beauty salon, I only trust them. I always travel from Punggol to Choa Chu Kang just to look for them as they are incredibly good. The massage and gua sha are very comfortable too. Well recommended place for people who want to fix their face issues without getting their money cheated.
