tried their dowager hump correction therapy. not only was the massage relaxing, beautician Kelly did an amazing job at releasing tensions and knots in my shoulders and upper back. the hump behind my back visibly improved just after my first session, highly recommended to anyone who wants to enhance blood flow and circulation, or just to destress and have a better sleep!

The environment is relaxing and clean. Vivian, my go-to beautician, she is very experience lady and explained the steps. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming. While there was some sales talk, it didn't detract from the overall experience.

Had the 3-in-1 Oxygen Facial and it was amazing! Perfect for dehydrated or sensitive skin—deep hydration, brighter complexion, and no post-facial oiliness. Loved the warm towel and Avis’s attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Have been a long time customer, since before Covid. Had tried a few body therapists and facial therapists, not that I like to change, but the turnover was quite high. Body Massage is very personal and I thought I was fortunate to have a good one in the beginning. Then she was so good that she was relocated to a branch far away from my house. Later they tried to assign therapists who were "as skilful'. Finally I had Melissa, who was very patient and skilful, but she left recently as well. Good body therapists are hard to fund, and their schedules are usually packed. Hence I had to wait, which explained my "long term loyalty". I really hope they could do something to retain good staff, instead of using gimmicks and hard sell to attract customers. Like to commend my current facial therapist Jenny. She is skilful, knows my needs well, very professional. Although she tried to push new packages, she did not persist if I say no. Highly recommended services.

I was attracted to the promotion on tcm body treatment and went on a trial almost a year ago and has signed on different top-ups or packages. Xiao Xia is my therapist and i like that she is skilful yet bubbly and sincere. Her magic hands are always warm and firm when she is helping me to resolve my different body complaints. I would highly recommend her for any body treatment. The venue is usually clean, tidy and hygienic which assured me alot. As for hardselling, i would say it is somewhat SOP for all beauty salons (of similar sorts). Once they know your package is running low, there's always a carrot (new promo) to lure you into another attractive package. I would say it is at a bearable level and isn't pushy kind.

Tried Thalgo iBeauty Lifting Facial at Donna Beauty and i enjoyed the experience so much that i fell asleep! The experience was extremely relaxing & my favourite part was definitely the masking experience which left my face looking a lot more glowy and plump after the treatment. There’s even a mini massage experience provided so you can be sure that it’ll be an enjoyable experience. Location is also quite convenient since it’s located in AMK mall. Highly recommend ⭐️

I came to Donna beauty in AMK to experience the bojin treatment. The beautician who did my face was called Alley. Before starting, she explained the benefits and precautions of bojin to me in detail! After completing the entire course of treatment, I felt it was powerful and very comfortable. After the treatment, my entire face became rosy and felt firmer and lifted. After the treatment, the consultant Jolene gave me a glass of warm water. She also cared about my feelings during the treatment and explained how to improve it according to my skin condition. This experience was really worth it.
