I've been wanting to do laser hair removal for years and finally got around to it! I was recommended Hairz by a friend for their extremely affordable price and I'm so glad I'm getting my treatments done here. They use a credits system and I've already topped up twice because I've seen visible thinning of hair on my legs. Furthermore all their staff are so gentle and have fantastic service skills! I'm really impressed.

My friend recommended and brought me here. The underarm session at Hairz was short and painless. Would definitely come back and cannot wait to see the results. Price is affordable and place is clean, convenient location. Just an advice, hope future session with any customers the staff won’t keep looking at the time. It will make the customer feel like the session is rushed and unpleasant.

Great experience here. Staff was very friendly and meticulous. She was constantly checking on me to ensure that I was feeling okay throughout the treatment. Treatment is effective too, hairs mostly stopped growing out already (previously I visited other outlets before PLS opened another outlet). Really enjoyable experience and I will continue visiting this outlet.

As a plus size woman, I have never felt that I'm being scrutinised getting hari removal even on my private areas and my chaff inner thighs. The staffs there were very professional and kind as they explain the process to me and recommend me the best option. Previously went to orchard branch for first treatment, it was good, but due to travelling distancd, i request to change to paya lebar as it's closer to me. Both branch outlet their service is good, staff are friendly and kind too. Price is affordable compare to other IPL shop. :)
