I had a great experience at Highbrow Star Vista outlet. Nicole was the eyelash specialist who did 3D eyelash extension for me. She was patience and happy to answer all my queries and made my trip there very comfortable. I did not feel any itchiness of glue in my eyes. Good job, Nicole! I will definitely come back for more! :) p

Served by very caring, excellent and professional therapist - Andy. Specially flew back to do eyebrow touch-up…and although it was just a touch-up, he still served with detailed and great care!

I have been going to Highbrow Star Vista for my eyelash extensions for years. My therapist Yanzi does a fantastic job of giving me natural yet great looking lash extensions which are comfortable and long lasting! She is gentle and professional. Appointments are easy to make via WhatsApp and the response is always cheerful and fast. Must always mention that this company does not push you to sign up for packages or promotions at all, which is so refreshing compared to many of their competitors. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Nicole has a rich experience in service attitude. This time she had a great experience with lower eyelashes(and this is me first time try lower lash). I do both the upper and lower eyelashes. It's great upperlash lasts for 1 month without any problems. The price is a bit higher, but worth it. Excellent craftsmanship. I will be back again to support you. Thankyou, Nicole. I have seen Andy over 3 years, to do my eyebrows and eyeliner (uppers and lowers). Whether it is the initial procedure or touch-up, Andy is great at making me feel at ease. I was initially very apprehensive about any sounds or pain, but Andy has been very gentle, patient, skilled and humourous throughout each appointment. His approach helps me relax. Hello, I did my eyebrows embroidery at Star Vista with Meri. Very pleased with how meticulous she is when she designs my brows. Also, thankful for her sharing promotions with me but never hard sell the package. It has been almost 24 hours that I did my eyebrows! Very good service by Meri. She is very detailed and explain very clearly to me about what she is doing. She also checked with me in the midst of the embroidery to see if i feel any pain. Am thinking of doing eyeliner with her next cos my previous eyeliner was done 4 years ago and is fading already. Very satisfied with highbrow. Customer of them for many years.

She's been there since I first became a customer there. Now my current beautician Yen Zhi has been really good with her skills. I enjoyed visiting Highbrow Star Vista. Took me a long while to find someone like Meri who takes special care of my eyes given that they are ultra sensitive when doing eyelash extensions. She is super patient and gentle. Been going to her for a few years now, even brought my mom to sign her package at Buona Vista outlet as well.

First time doing an eyelash extension and I'm impressed! I got mine done by Meri and she was very gentle with how she put on the extensions. The glue burnt my eyes a little bit but it's not her fault😂😂 Would 100% recommend this place!! 10/10👍🏼👍🏼

Fact: I had eyebrow embroidery done by someone in orchard gateway branch but she left so I had Ella to do my eyebrow (since she was doing my lashes). I have specific what I wanted but the end result end me looking fierce and unapproachable (commented by friends n colleague). The eyebrow doesn't match my face n eyes at all. She probably not v skillful. I was v upset bc everyday I face the mirror n it didn't set my face right. I reached out to orchard gateway they said they arrange Ella to redo my eyebrow but there wasn't any slots. ( I meant since she spoilt my eyebrow would one go back to her?). And it is an correction of bad eyebrow they should put it priority. It not till I said I want to talk to manager that they arrange a correction a week after with Andy starvista Branch. Andy is skillful. Theres no need to say much because he is v experienced and know what to do immediately.I m glad they offer him to save my brows. I m happy with Andy's skill. Net net. Not great experience but do pick the right person to do your brows. I know now I can go back to Andy to redo my eyebrow. Thanks Andy! The five stars is for u Andy.

Went here for the first time to do lash extensions. Yenni was very warm and explained the differences and prices between two types of lashes. The process was comfortable as she swiftly and carefully applied each one.

Been a long time customer .. In recent years, your business has grown and I am happy for you, but because of this, appointments are always full. Attitude (from the counter to the operations) has changed from warm to lukewarm and now cold in recent years and no longer feel welcomed in here. I wondered if it was because of the feedbacks and as a customer, i no longer dare to comment anything anymore. I believe i have never been hard or fussy in any way, but maybe I did made few comments about the lashes that dropped out in less than a week on few occasions. Conversations are now business-like and uncomfortable as i am now writing this anonymously to avoid trouble. Hope you will improve back to initial stage and of course i wont give you the lowest star. You dont deserve the lowest.

Beautiful eyelash extension service (Korean cirrcus lash) but they fall out a bit quickly and prices are a bit steep. Recommend using fave to purchase the one time deal for $38. :)
