Had facial service with Shirley , Bee Bee & Wen Wen, great service provided. Warm and caring service provided by Ashley when discussing about treatment plans. Friendly staffs. Skin problem improved.

Using my son’s account to make a review. Wen Wen has been serving and helping me with my facial treatment for many years now. Unlike most other beauticians, she does not hard sell or constantly convince me to purchase new products/packages. She understands my skin well and offers the most suitable product that is still very affordable. Recommend to look for her when doing facials. My skin is good all thanks to you Wen Wen! It was my first time going to Jean Yip however my experience was not that good. The person at the counter didnt even know I was coming even though I had book an appointment and was quite rude tbh. I even called ahead telling that I was going to be late, so how would you not know?? However, The hair stylist is nice and will make small talks but I wanted to colour my hair ash grey without bleaching, and she said its possible but not 100% will come out so I said okay. But after that, at the end, my hair was not even ash??? like its almost very dark brown. My hair was originally orange brown and a tint of blonde. I am very disappointed with it and will not visit there again. It was $50 for one colour and $188 for bleaching. Super pricey for bleaching but colouring is fine. Do not really think its worth it but hair wash is great but they keep trying to upsell everything.

I've been coming here for 3-4 years now. With so many options to choose from, I'm constantly striving to improve and enhance my appearance. Of course, I'm incredibly grateful to Wenwen for her excellent service and craftsmanship. The counter attendant, Shumei, was also incredibly nice. I'm most pleased with their lack of a hard sell. I've used their products and face washes, and my favorite is the IPL spot-lightening treatment. I hope Jean Yip can continue to maintain this dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you.
