got my lashes lifted for the first time since i live opposite, decided to give them a try and i am very pleasant with my experience. Connie was very gentle and thorough with her job that i felt very comfortable, would come here again!!

I was looking to do eye brow embroidery not in the city area and found this salon not far from my home with many good reviews. Although it is located in a hdb shophouse the salon is clean and well equipped. All the therapists were professional and friendly. Connie did my brow and I was really impressed with her patience and skill. I'm happy with the result and highly recommend this place with skilled therapists and reasonable charges. Been visiting JPro Beauty monthly for my lash extension since 4 months ago and it’s done by their staff, Connie. She’s very gentle and sweet. Constantly checking on me if I’m comfortable. And I just did my eyebrows and new set of lash extensions on 3/12/22 by Connie too. I can say it’s painless experience as it’s my first time. Connie has been asking me if I’m okay, if it’s too pain and etc. I can feel she’s very passionate about her work and also she’s very serious in it. For the first time till now, I’m happy with my lashes and of course I did receive praises about my lashes. Especially when I’m done with my eyebrows, my husband got a shock when I’m out of the shop. He mentioned that it’s such a good job which makes me look different. And now the scabs all came off, and my brows look so nice! If you wanna look better, trust me, brows is the key! And of course together with lashes, you can wake up beautifully 😉😉

I am writing this review not to put down the business but so that people can learn from my experience. I chose JPro because it was so highly rated here on google reviews. Unfortunately my results with lip and eyeliner embroidery were not great. It is now 8 weeks post treatment and I am left with the line of my upper lip on the left side looking inflammed, especially after showers. This part especially was tatooed repeatedly too hard. I learnt afterwards that this treatment on a sensitive area should only take 1.5 hours maximum, mine was over 2.5 hours. I felt like the younger staff member doing it was training as she kept asking for advice from the senior artist. My eyeliner is ok, but I thought it would be more crisp at the tear duct end and ombre at the wings. It just looks like smudged all the way across my lid. The positives are that I like the lip colour chosen and the staff were welcoming. The treatments were well priced.

Had my lips embroidery done recently, and it’s a great experience from start till end. Jade provided sounded advices on the colour that she had chosen for me (given my skin tone & natural lips conditions) and she would walk me through the process and let me know what is happening as well. I feel really comfortable throughout the process as there is ZERO pain and once it’s done, the swelling is really minimal that I do not need any facial mask to cover the Lower half of my face while heading out. She will also guide me on what to take note of during the healing process. Been almost a month since I did my lips and I really love how vibrant and full my lips look! It does save up my time while dolling up as I just need some lip balm/lip moisturiser and I’m good to go. No touching up after meals as well. Have known & been going to Jade, my favourite beautician & shop owner ,for 4 years now and never once did I regret it! (: from eyelash extensions, to eyebrow embroidery and now lips embroidery, she is really my all in one beautician to go to and the shop is my one stop for all my beauty needs, not forgetting that the shop is very tidy, cosy & homely, and the staff are very warm as well! I had my 1st Eyebrow Embroidery done in January from another shop at Jurong West and i didn't like the outcome of my Eyebrow Embroidery done. I've search online for non-laser eyebrow embroidery removal and came across Jpro Beauty. Jpro Beauty had several good reviews in which I had decided to consult Jade. When i went for my 1st consultation, Jade portrayed a very approachable vibe. She was very genuine with her opinion and does not force you to engage in her sevices. She even gave me her personal thoughts and ideas of other ways to lighten my eyebrow embroidery. However, after much consideration I decided to proceed with my Eyebrow embroidery removal using PhiRemoval non-laser technique. Jade is certified in using PhiRemoval non-laser technique which only limited beauty saloons in Singapore are trained to use this method. Jade explained every detail of the procedure and informed me of the risk and benefits. She patiently answered to all my enquiries. I got to say that within 1 session of PhiRemoval non-laser Eyebrow Embroidery removal, it had lightened my eyebrow embroidery 40%-50% lighter (It varies on individual skin types as different people respond differently from this procedure). I was very happy with the end results. Jade also provided me with clear aftercare instructions. I would 100% recommend JPro Beauty to anyone especially for first timers as Jade is one of a kind that is very genuine in providing you information on the type of eyebrow embroidery or any other services which suits you best. I'll look forward in getting my next eyebrow embroidery done at JPro beauty. Thank you for your brilliant and pleasant service provided 👍🙂 JPro definitely deserve a 5 star rating.
