I have come to this outlet a couple of times and have always had a pleasant time. The place is clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly and welcoming too. I did a cut, wash & blow and scalp treatment with Chloe and Bella. They explained each step to me carefully, gave me advice on hair maintenance and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the duration. Will recommend coming here.

This is my first time doing my hair with Karva. I chose the Northpoint branch because it was the closest to me. I did not have an appointment and just rocked up at the salon at opening time at exactly 11am. I was served by Linda. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, she assessed my hair and got to work (wash, cut & blow). From start to end, it took a total of 40 minutes! It was the best 40 minutes I had away from my babies haha! This mumma is rocking her fresh new do and I am so happy half of my dead frizzy uneven hair is GONE! Thank you Linda for a wonderful first time experience at Karva. I will see you again soon!

Booked an appointment for the Essential Fusio Scrub and cut+wash+blow and was promptly attended to when I arrived. The stylist, Nana attended to me and assessed my scalp before starting the treatment. She was nice to advise me on hair perming too as I have plans to perm my hair. Overall, a very nice experience but was a little bit disturbed by the chattering of a child who was there to accompany the brother for a haircut. I would appreciate if the salon was really meant for ladies as I believed a lot of ladies just want a quiet time to rejuvenate.

I visited Karva Northpoint for the first time this week for a hair-cut. Wanted to get a dry cut but due to the current COVID situation, Karva requires customers to wash before hair service - which is extremely good and pre-emptive. Appreciate their safety for staff as well as customers. My hairstylist was Idah who was so professional, welcoming and joyful. As someone with curly hair, it is difficult to find a suitable hairstylist especially in Singapore and I am so happy to have found this salon and hairstylist Idah! Will be coming here regularly from now on. Highly recommended, especially for wavy/curly haired ladies! Great service!!

Stylist Maria was very professional in "diagnosing" my hair problem. She guided me along the way and provide advices on managing my challenging hair issues. She recomended appropriate hair services without "selling hard" on the product. Nina touches was superb. She has a very good touch and very warmth with her clients. My Mum & I were served very professionally and with alot of patience. Our hairs/scalp were assessed properly before treatment was carried out. They also considered asking if the finger pressures during hair wash and during treatment application were comfortable and too our liking. All of them were very friendly and sweet. Edit: Came back here in 2022 for another rebonding session. I love how fast the entire process took (truly amazing) and while I have no idea who the stylist who served me is, I can tell that she is experienced. Just a small issue I had was that she was rather rough, pulling and tugging freely and my scalp felt like it was burning after she was done with it 😅 thankfully the other lady was very gentle so that helped! Overall still a positive experience. 2021: Had the fortune to be served by Maria for my first visit and she is super sweet and kind! Helped me to rebond and cut my hair very meticulously and patiently throughout. Had a great experience throughout! Thank you!

I would like to applaud hairstylist Maya from Northpoint outlet. Despite my last-minute booking, she still gave me a complete service. I'm not a new customer of Karva, and I usually patronise East Village and once tried Tampines outlet. I usually take up cut, wash, and blowdry. I chose Karva due to their close concept setting for muslimah. When I took up these services, I expected to have some head massage service. Something extra and different. Otherwise, we can just do it ourselves at home. However, Maya did all that for me with professionalism. Please help to extend my thanks to her.
